“Smart Bear Learning Center exceeded my expectations from day one. The initial tour was thorough and all my questions were answered with care. When my daughter struggled with separation anxiety, the staff handled it with so much patience and warmth, which gave me real peace of mind as a mom. They have been incredibly flexible with scheduling changes, and when my baby had an allergic reaction at home, the team responded with genuine empathy and concern. Every single staff member is friendly and welcoming, which makes drop-offs so much easier. My daughter absolutely loves the food, and I appreciate the variety she gets to try. She also enjoys the toys, music, and outdoor time, and the seasonal events like the Easter Bunny visit are such a fun touch. It's wonderful to see her thrive socially and developmentally, and the structured nap time is a bonus. The Procare app is also very easy to use for staying connected throughout the day. We are so happy we chose Smart Bear Learning Center and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a warm, caring, and well-organized daycare!”

Adrienne, the director, truly cares about the families and kiddos and will greet each one by name every morning. She is truly a bright star in the childcare world and I could not imagine a better leader of the school. The infant room is clean, calm, and friendly. The teachers quickly learned my sons schedule and needs and were attentive to every detail. So grateful for this school!”

“My children attended Cougar Run and I am a current employee. I believe that the sustainability of excellent staff is a true example of the success of what Cougar Run does and who we are. Our students are leaving with knowledge, 21st century skills, character and integrity. The Project Based Learning model used gives all learners a venue to do the best that they can whether they are auditory, visual or hands-on learners. It also provides opportunity for students to work both independently and with groups. I believe our students are leaving as well rounded citizens, tech savvy and well educated. If I had elementary aged children I would enroll them in Cougar Run again and again. There ARE a lot of choices out there-this "neighborhood public school" is and would be my choice for my kids...and hopefully someday my grand-kids.”

When there have been problems, the staff is quick to make corrections and are really good at communicating with parents. My oldest son has been bullied based on his mixed race in middle school. None of the kids that he’s had problems with came from Eldorado. This elementary school works hard to ensure kids treat one another with respect. It’s working!”

“I am so thankful for The Nest! It is difficult to drop a new baby off at daycare, and they have been supportive since the minute we stepped through the door. My son now claps and waves when we walk through the door, waiting to see his teachers! They have been such a source of love and stability in his first year of life. We receive pictures and updates all day long, and the facility is clean + well-maintained. Ms. Carolyn and Ms. Falesha, who are the Director and AD, are wonderful, communicative, and have taken care to know my family individually. “Thank you to fantastic, organized and friendly director Christina and the amazing students and staff at Town Center KinderCare! Play-Ground theatre had a five star experience at this school. This center offers a bounty of beautiful, bright decorations, kids artwork and positive energy in each hallway and classroom. Endless gratitude to the teachers who participated in our in house field trip: Alex, Anna, Crystal, Brikelle, Amanda, Lacy, Hailey, Maya, Emily and Cody! The students at this school had a wonderful time acting, dancing, singing and storytelling --they are happy, well behaved and filled with giggles. Parents need to know that this school provides extra enrichment programs, like Play-Ground Theatre, for students to enjoy. Recommend :)”
