Gina the branch manager was rude to me and made me feel belittled . One of her agents closed my bank account and I lost $250 dollars of interest. I was treated with absolutely no respect. Gina the manager completely invalidated my claim. I am going to escalate this to US bank head quarters.

Are used to love US Bank. I have all my accounts with them personal and business. Ever since Covid the management of this company has been horrible. I’m very close to pulling out all my money. they keep closing locations and reducing hours making it very hard to do banking. This used to be a great company with great people. And slowly the people that I’ve had relationships with for years I’ve gotten downsized and let go. I don’t recommend anybody put money into this bank and start a relationship with them right now. I’ve been a customer for about 23+ years. My business does about $2 million a year. So I’m kind of a decent size customer.

This past week I went on a few errands for the last time in my life. I wanted to get a cashier's check for my wife (we use separate banks). Anyways, I forgot my drivers license and I could not get the cashier's check. I get it, I understand. I was in the area and I just wanted to see if I could use my debit cards, savings card, social security card, or passport in place of the driver's license. I absolutely understand their policy. I, however, was upset at myself, so when I was walking out they were talking trash about me. I know they were talking about me but I didn't have the time or energy to start a confrontation. I was not rude or visibly upset. If only they knew they ruined my very last store outing because I am dying of a Glioblastoma.

THEY CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT WARNING ME!!!!The only reason I found out was because my card was acting funny so I called them and they told me that not only was my bank account closed I had to open a new one.The best part is I found all this out on payday so I didn’t get my check for three days I was late on rent and bills and literally had to go dumpster diving for food.

Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Technology there can be a little slow but I'm always greeted with a friendly hello and smiles. Staff work quickly and efficiently to get my deposits done. I usually come in with a few sets (personal and business ones) and I'm never there for longer than 20 minutes on a busy day. Staff recognize me and remember life details we've talked about and it's the personal touches like this that make me love my local branch.
