Dominic handled everything and explained everything in detail. The was no question that went unanswered. “We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️”

“AutoTrek bought my used 2017 Ford Escape and it was a very smooth and organized transaction. I got an offer from AutoTrek via CarGurus. Their offer was a good one so I made an appointment to have them evaluate my car. I met with Kyle at the dealer and he did his analysis on the vehicle. We then met with one of the AutoTrek owners (Hunter not brother Fisher) and he explained why what they would give me was less then the offer. It was all legitimate and fair (FWD vs AWD plus other factors ). I accepted the deal and continued on with Kyle to complete the deal. The entire deal took less than 90 minutes (amazing). Since AutoTrek now owned my car I had no ride home Kyle said “we will just drive your car home and I will drive it back”. Saved me an Uber charge. This is a family owned company and it was a pleasure doing business with them‼️?”

“I recently picked up a Ford Raptor from ADI Motors & I am impressed with the level of pride this dealership has in themselves and there inventory. I worked with Levi and the owner and was extremely pleased with the honesty and level of care they put into each vehicle that is on there lot. There prices are right on the money and you can leave having confidence you made the right choice. The dealership stated to have minor repairs done on my truck such as brakes, rotors, oil, filters, and my mechanic can confirm they were indeed done… this dealer is one of a kind and I hope they keep there level of honestly and pride for years to come.
