EVEN BETTER: about a month after I bought the vehicle, I took it in to get a tire replaced at Midas and they told me that the vehicle had a wheel lock on it that they couldn’t find a key to. I reached back out to AutoTrek and they connected me with Amy, who personally walked me through solutions (turns out, Discount tire has a master key ?). Moral of the story: Amy was incredibly helpful even months after my purchase. A testament to AutoTrek’s high quality and intentional customer service.”

“My review is 4.4 out of 5 stars.When scheduling an appointment, I spoke with a respectful employee. Then I was given thoughtful text message reminders before my service date. I had one of two recalls that was able to be worked on at this time. I also requested to purchase a secondary key set. I made my appointment for 7 am, opening time. To my surprise they had a few cars in front of me before my arrival. We formed a line with our vehicles and then proceeded into the garage.I was tired and so were the employees that greeted me. They sent me into one of the nicest waiting areas that I have ever seen. In this waiting area, there were two chairs that offered a extremely enjoyable massage with heat. They also had complementary coffee with cream, and a variety of snacks. The fireplace was going and ESPN was on a TV for all of us waiting for our vehicle to be worked on.When my vehicle was ready, I received a text message alerting me that it was time to proceed to check out. It cost me nearly 500 bucks to get a secondary key from Kia. I wish the secondary key was a little bit more affordable. The customer service at checkout was a little bit above par.Overall, it was a good experience.”
