“Ethan was very nice and patient with our daughter who had a small budget and was buying her first car. He did pressure her to go above her budget or to look at cars she wasn’t interested in. And if we wanted to talk privately he gave us space. I’m glad we happened to walk in when he was available. This is definitely a better experience than we had in a couple of other dealerships.”
