Arrived at 3:45 for my scheduled and confirmed 4:00 appointment. At 5:20 I finally left. At no point did the employee acknowledge my existence or even attempt to make eye contact as I sat there like an idiot in an entirely empty store minus the one person in line ahead of me. It’s not the TAKING of the reservation, it’s the HOLDING.

Fantastic last minute help! I broke the screen protector on my phone one hour before going to Italy for a month. I raced to this location and Koby helped me out! He was professional, funny and informative. He is a live saver and I appreciate his professionalism!

Chris Scantleberry made upgrading our 4 phones smooth and seemless! He is highly knowledgeable and a good listener. He proactively addresses potential issues, nullifying them. We think Verizon is the best phone carrier for us, Chris makes Verizon user friendly and enjoyable.
