James and Sean did an excellent job getting me onto my own line with a new phone and getting me all the discounts that I qualified for. Although it took a while, they made me feel comfortable during the process and were very efficient tending to other customers while I was on hold with other associated parties.

Joe was super helpful, we had a bit of a puzzling problem that we couldn’t solve online with a business account and he was super helpful to get a new consumer account set up, a new upgrade and help with that phone as well! Highly recommend!!
