Slow, slow, slow! Not the pharmacists fault. Corporate deliberately slows the process. Open the second drive thru lane! Most situations will allow pharmacists to do a tiny bit of multitasking!!!

Now this is how a pharmacy should work! I got a prescription from my eye doctor and he gave me a coupon and said the medication is crazy expensive without it. I scanned the qr code, filled out all the info and got a thank you screen saying the coupon can now be used. I went to Walgreens for pick up. When I got there the pharmacist, Athena, said the coupon didn't work on her side and the cost would be $300 without it. I showed her my phone and online confirmation. She was patient and kind and tried to find a way to figure out what was going on with the coupon on her side. She went so far as to take out her own cell phone and activate the qr code again using her phone. It worked! She could finally see it in her system. I am so grateful to Athena! With the coupon it was only $48. Thank you, Athena and thank you Walgreens for employing folks like her!

5 stars goes to pharmacist, 2 ladies who helped me last night get my medicine that doc submitted very late, but they made it happen. I am sorry that I didn't get names but 2 ladies who were closing on April 24th, hats off! They even had their window down but they filled up my prescription and thanks to them I finally had better night sleep last night( cough was what I have been dealing with for 8 days) God bless those whom understand and put their good-hearts out for others??❤️❤️

I am extremely satisfied with the pharmacy manager, I have not received better and faster service anywhere else. They are very friendly! I recommend this location!

Rude staff in store and pharmacy. There is always a long wait in the pharmacy. They have no workers. They constantly order and fill perscriptions that I did not order. They are committing fraud by billing my insurance for these medications because I never asked to have these perscriptions filled.

If you're going to take more than 2 min in the drive through pharmacy ...make them go inside !! The drive through should be efficient and not the place to take 30 min to figure out your Rx issues .

We have had nothing but frustration with this store. They won't fill scripts you call in until you refuse to leave the drive through. At first they blame the doctor for not prescribing refills. Then you insist it was called in days ago. Then they miraculously find the refill request and lie about it. Other times they blame insurance that has covered a med for years. Once our autistic daughter's meds were late because of Walgreens and I had to threaten to bring my unmedicated daughter to their store along with media. We shouldn't have to do that. This happens often. We came here because the one on Broadway was even worse, if you can imagine.

Made an appointment for a flu shot at 11:45. Didn’t get the shot until 12:40. Would’ve selected a different location or just simply not gone. An hour wait for a 4 second process is unacceptable. Why make an appointment when you’re treated like a walk in. Pick a different location.

November 2022: Do not come here for vaccinations. Made an appointment for a vaccination and came in 15m early like the email said. After waiting 30m, I got a form to fill out under someone else’s name. I brought the forms back up only to be given a new form w incorrect information (for the wrong vaccine). Why do you even have online appointment forms when the name and reason for the visit is a shot in the dark. I just left because I lost trust in this location’s ability to provide competent care.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Never open. When it is lines are ridiculous. Takes days to get prescriptions filled so hope nothing is urgent to get started. Most of the staff is super nice and trying their best but one manager is incredibly rude especially after making you jump through hoops to get your meds.

Pharmacist was incredibly rude, lied to us about state laws and then canceled prescriptions while we were waiting because the prescribing doctor’s office answered the phone “hello” which she claims is a red flag. She then canceled an unrelated prescription because she was upset. Exceptionally unprofessional - never been treated worse.

if I could give this pharmacist Petya a negative star rating I would! I have been a customer here for about 12 years. The new pharmacist Petya is one of the rudest and laziest pharmacists I have ever come across. she processed my prescription wrong and refused to correct it and or to call my pharmacy so they could explain that how she did it was wrong. She refused to do it until I had to have a conference call with her and my insurance company. When I went to pick my prescription up a couple of minutes ago, I asked for a phone number to file a corporate complaint. to give me the corporate information, and then told me they are transferring my prescriptions out. Do not waste your time or money on coming to the pharmacy.

I use the pharmacy here and it’s just ok. I frequently have to call to move prescriptions along for seemingly trivial issues.

The prescription was not filled when I arrived after having it for two days. Pharmacist was rude when asked why it was not filled.
