I’ve been SO patient with our post office but after they have returned nearly 7 of my packages, I’m starting to get EXTREMELY frustrated. Why do I pay $150 a year for a P.O. Box that mail never gets delivered to? Staff here is awful and I’m sick of them returning my packages. I pay for my box, I pay for shipping, I pay for my items, and I get NOTHING in return. I’m tired of losing money because these people don’t know how to do their jobs. Here’s a fresh idea: if you find an invalid address, be a decent human and CALL the customer. You have my contact info. Why is it so hard to reach out so I can avoid the hassle of reshipping my items, getting refunded for the returned mail, and so on. Why do I have to suffer because of your lack of communication? I am really really REALLY disappointed!!!! PLEASE get it together because this is NOT PROFESSIONAL! I’m so upset!

Good place to bring your parcel, better as Arboles that closes at 1 PM or Pagosa Springs and Durango that have long waiting lines... So far I had friendly people serving me ?

Since the new postmaster this place has change a lot! There is one employee who is amazing and always helps us out. The rest is like, can't help you, we returned your package. And because of this I have had SO many packages returned and even did what they suggested and still got sent back. Before they would notify me and give me my mail and/or package(s). This place gets me scared when I order anything now. I ship my packages to my mother's address if needed.Oh, and also, there phone number always has a busy tone.

Held our mail right before Christmas due to their incompetence in delivering a package to the wrong house. Took a week to see the postmaster and get the hold lifted due to the holiday. Absolutely ridiculous.

Super slow staff who is not very friendly except one girl who is friendly and willing to help but I have had packages there held for 7 hours before they let me get it

Really hit or miss, it depends on who is working the front Bob is a good guy, have lost a few packages and had packages there while they argued they weren't. The "Post Master" Joyce Gonzalez is very argumentative and has to always be right. I remember I different Post Master that was actually nice and respected the people she was servicing.

I dont know what I did but my packages are always the next day but I get my delivered text messages saying they are ready. Some of my important envelopes are partially torn open. Be pictures next time
