These people are totally incompetent.

Their drivers are awful and liars. They will not attempt to deliver a package if they think the location is closed. They do not get out of their vehicle and they try to cover their tracks after you already called customer service. They are all frauds. Absolutely disgusting. Driver Brisa be better and do your actual job!

I paid for 2 day shipping and it was supposed to be delivered today. Package was out for delivery this morning and it went back to the FedEx hub this afternoon. I live less than 2 miles from this location. Fedex continues to dop the ball.
