Don’t even deserve a 1 star. Package was not delivered claiming it was wrong address. I then contact so that I can just pick it up because they said it was an option. Now they tell me I can’t pick it up because address is incorrect. On top of that they didn’t even bother to notify me that the package wasn’t going to be delivered. All this after waiting 30 minutes to speak to a human.

0 stars but 1 was the lowest allowed - Fed ex sucks! I had a package that needed a signature rerouted to a holding facility in Windsor. It has been 5 days and they cannot get it from the Johnstown warehouse to Windsor. I also am not allowed to go to Johnstown to pick it up. Use anyone else to deliver packages.

i would give negative stars if i could. constantly having drivers saying my business is closed and couldnt make delivery. they have cost me alot of revenue based on not delivering my packages. what upsets me the most is the driver lying and saying they "attempted" to deliver but we were closed.... nope straight up lies.there customer service is horrible and do not help with anything

I have rarely gotten a package delivered on time from this location. So frustrating. I would never chose FedEx. I only use them when the sender does and I don’t have a choice.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of their drivers delivered an obviously vandalized package, yes the contents were stolen. At worst the company is full of thieves, at best they have no QA to ensure your package is safe. No phone to call the location so had to call their 1800, they told me the manager would call in 48 hours and nothing. So if you want your package stolen with zero accountability go FedEx.

I don’t LOVE FedEx as a company, (they nearly got my laptop stolen) but this location specifically I’ve had no issues with. Most of my packages that have went here have arrived extremely early.

Ordered a replacement phone, instead a crushed up package intended to Evansville, Indiana showed up on my front step. I don't know how you mess that one up, doesn't even have my name or address on the package. If you have a package going through this specific store try and get it held for pickup, this headache is not worth the delivery.

This location really cannot get it together. FOUR times now in 6 months I've had packages marked as "wrong address" and either delayed or delivered to the wrong unit. Customer service has promised to follow up with me and never did.My subdivision is fairly new but not new enough to warrant this kind of confusion, and the units and addresses are clearly marked for them to see when they're out for delivery. I've never entered my wrong address on any of those packages either.

The Rich Norris drivers delivering in West Fort Collins pull into the parking lot with their music blasting. We are forced to listen to their noise while they make deliveries. What are they, 16?

Never have issues receiving packages unless it's from FedEx in which case there's always an issue. Complete failure from drivers to customer reps and managers.
