Super great people. Stopped by to drop off a decent sized box, made sure label was on it, etc. Hit the buzzer at the turnstile. Quick answer that she'd be right out. Came out, unlocked the gate, gave her the box and she said she'd handle it from there. All done in less than 4 minutes. Just make sure your stuff is boxed up and ready to go with label attached, etc.

Spent $50 on shipping for this $200 chair and it showed up on top of my gate which busted the gate off the sides and bent it and the box was completely damaged. My security footage shows the FedEx Driver THROWING this box into the gate (which was help open because we knew we were having packages delivered). He looks at the busted gate and walks away with it half in the gate and bending it. I just moved here and would like to know if this is normal for this FedEx company because I am shocked by the complete carelessness for someone else’s items. Do better.

Drivers can’t read, they attempted delivery twice. Both pictures they took are of the wrong house. My address is correct, verified multiple times. Calling the customer care center does nothing helpful. I feel like my package is stuck with Wilson and Hank on that island all those years ago. DONT USE FedEx. They are terrible.

I wish there was a way to not get some of my packages delivered through Fedex. Since living at this residence, they delivery packages at the garage instead of front door. Packages have been blocking my cars here and unable to see them until I hit them. Please train employees to deliver to front door instead of garage/back door! Thank you!!

I have had two packages now claim be be delivered, one even having a photo. Immediately after it was delivered, I went out to grab it and my package was not there. Something fishy is going on with this location.

Ordered a package and it’s been saying out for delivery for 4 days I call in and the lady tells me they probably lost and I’m out of luck. Terrible experience will never use their service

This location always delays shipments. Worst fedex branch I’ve ever had to deal with. No help from customer service either. If I could choose to never have a package ship with fedex I would. I would choose Amazon, UPS, or USPS every time over FedEx. Terrible company

This company is the worst package delivery company anywhere in the world. The incompetence is mind blowing!! No communication, not helpful, have no idea where packages are located, lie about delivery day and time of day. In summary, they just give don't give a shit!!!!!

EVERY SINGLE SHIPMENT w/ FedEx ground from Johnstown has been late or LOST. This is insane. & every time I’m told to contact the shipper. VERY DISAPPOINTED w/ FedEx.

They consistently mark packages as delivered with no photo- when they haven't been delivered. It MIGHT magically show up the next day, but you never know.
No accountability at all. I am so tired of babysitting adults because of poorly run companies like this. Who has time to chase stuff like this down?
ETA: The driver who does this is named Dillon/Dillan (sp?). If you track your packages you can see who the driver is.

Part of the issue was my fault. I live at 309 but when I ordered my package I put 308. There is NO house with that address. Google Earth shows an empty field (which is correct). The delivery notice says it was left by front door. I can not find what front door he supposedly left it at. I’ve put in a missing package claim but all responses say it was delivered. Very frustrating to say the least.
