“We had a tire on our 2024 Colorado showing low air pressure. Les Schwab pulled out a piece of metal at no charge. The tire continued to leak and they replaced a defective valve stem at no charge. This is a vehicle with manufacturer parts so they could have charged us. Grateful for their service!!”
“Pike Auto is the place to go when you need something done. I have had them service multiple work vans and have done thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements with them. Each time, they have provided excellent service, honest diagnostics, and very fair pricing. In the auto industry, you hear all too often about mechanics taking advantage of people, but Pike does not take advantage of anyone. They have been very upfront about costs, needed work, and have taken the time to advise me of what options are available when looking at repairs/replacements. They are not the cheapest on the block, but you get what you pay for, and they are worth every penny they charge for what they do. They are extremely quick, and will take very good care of your vehicles. I have been very pleased with all of the work that I have had done, from minor brake replacements, to full transmission replacements, and from electrical issues, to tire rotations. My company and myself will continue to use Pike for all our vehicle needs.”

“I've had 2 Minis and appreciate the care from the dealership, but there was a hiccup at my most recent service call. I'd had requested a loaner car when I made the appointment and was told there would be one. When I arrived I was told there was not one, so I had to change my plans. It would have been better service to have let me know ahead of time - or even better..make sure there was one. They were quick on the service work however, so it wasn't too inconvenient.”
“They saved my inexperienced ass so much money to get a lightbulb replaced without having to remove the bumper to fit my hand into the area to replace the light. 10000000/10 recommend. They are personable, friendly and awesome.”
“I would give them 4.5 stars. We first heard of Engle Automotive due to need emissions done on our diesel truck. So we took our truck in for an oil change and inspection. We ended up need a bit more work done on the truck, which they completed. We live in a truck camper full time so the truck is very important to us.
We would have liked more communication about our truck as it was getting worked on and the timeline in which it would have been done. We were told that the truck would be done one afternoon and we called to get an update an hour before they closed and were told it would be done in the morning.
Overall we were happy with our service.”

“I had a great experience here as I stopped in just passing through the area. I had purchased my tires in another State, but they honored the free tire rotation without question. This is actually a Commercial vehicle shop, and they still worked on my sedan. They also patiently explained an issue they found on a wheel without talking down to me - as a woman, I greatly appreciated this! Both Pomp's locations that I have dealt with have provided great service and I would recommend the company.”

“The crew here are super helpful, they'll even come out to get your spare tire, quickly locate the issue, then repair the tire. Pull your vehicle into their bay & put the fixed tire back on your vehicle. They check the air pressure in all your tires. If you used your spare they will even put your spare away correctly. They are so confident in their job well done! Every one of the team members are super friendly and helpful! They ask you keep coming back for all your tire maintenance needs! I loved the service they have a clean, cool area for you to wait with cable tv. There is plenty of comfortable seating. the music of they have on is at a lower level. They have drinks and some have a vending area. Men & women's restrooms that are clean, smell nice, there is plenty of room! I am going to return everytime! I will refer everyone I know!!”
