“I am pleased with how quickly Carbon Valley Garage could get my car in for service. It’s an older car with considerable mileage, so I have had to make serious decisions about how to keep it safe and functional. Here is where I appreciate Will and Kris the most. I have come to trust and value their interest in both me and the vehicle. I couldn’t ask for better service.”

“Excellent, great staff and owner Tom. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the truck fixed. Our owner didn't want to put that much money into the truck with so many miles. I highly recommend these guys and will come back when I have vehicle issues. Thanks Tom”

“Although I have been here as a customer yet, I stopped in to ask about a problem I was having with a hose rubbing against my radiator fan? They told me that they were pretty busy but if I didn’t mind waiting a couple hours to let the car cool off and let them finish up their current customer they would do a quick fix for free on my car ? these days you can’t turn that down. I was very appreciative of their help and I’m pretty sure they have a new customer moving forward ? thank you”

“I’ve had my mandatory vehicle emissions testing done at Engle Automotive in Loveland several times, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The staff is always professional, courteous, and efficient. I also appreciate that they take the time to point out maintenance or service items they identify during the emissions testing. Their recommendations are helpful and informative without feeling like a sales pitch. It’s refreshing to find a business that provides good customer service and genuinely seems to care about helping its customers keep their vehicles properly maintained. I’ll continue using Engle Automotive for my emissions testing and would definitely recommend them to others in the Loveland area.”
