“I've had my storage for a couple years now. It's the smallest one they have. The price was decent until this year, when the price for a 5x8 jumped to $80. The price went up $15 last year and $25 this year. Other than this, I've never had any issues.”

“I had to move this past weekend and originally reserved a UHaul. When I went to pick it up they had no trucks available although I had a reservation. I called all over town frantically looking for a truck. I believe it was the owner (I’m terrible with names and that day was super stressful) who showed up here for me to pick up a Penske on his off day. “I am paying $20 more for the same size as my last place but I give this place a 5 because Kathy has been absolutely amazing! She’s super friendly and kind every to me I talk her. So I don’t mind paying the extra money. And with no problems paying every month I am happy with my unit! I wish they had an online option to pay but other than that 100% would recommend! “Great place. Secure. Well lighted and growing place.Sheds of all sizes and boat trailer n rv storage too. Little out of way but its all howdy and the Cheapest I found for northern front range. Clean , no bug or vermin. Secure gate entry. Small town based. Family locally owned n operated so they are people too and relaxed on rules fines n fees if you just call n talk to them. I suggest not to abuse their kindness as its rare these days and nice to have for everyone. They don't auto withdrawal monthly of monthly payments.So I set up bill pay at my bank which sent a monthly check which they cashed on first, not upon arrival, which helps my planning to know withdrawal date of a check.”
