Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a post office in Colorado in over 40 years. Went into get a first time passport and was greeted by the front counter by Ellie a Wonderful, bright smile gracefully older lady with short hair that just made the process, so easy efficient and fun. Thank You so Much.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. The staff was extremely rude, and many packages and letters we mailed there were somehow lost and never delivered. Save yourself the aggravation and use the Franktown/Elizabeth post office. This one is absolutely horrible.
