DEZ was EXTREMELY RUDE she mistreated my husband and I and stated UPS doesn’t do pack and ship. Which there’s signs posted everywhere when I said that she refused service to help us and started yelling at us that she doesn’t report to anyone and that she has been at UPS forever and we don’t know what we are talking about and called us liars. That’s was extremely inappropriate in front of a whole line of people!”

I was there right at closing, someone showed up after the doors were locked. Manager let them in and helped get their package sent. Amazing!
Other locations seem to close at least 5 minutes early.

“4 stars only because they lock the doors during non-business hours, to keep the homeless & addicts from camping out in the lobby. That means you can't access your PO Box except during business hours. Other than that, the staff are friendly and helpful. It tends to be a busy location, but they do their best to keep the line moving.”
