These people are crooks. My wife came in for an oil change, which was around $60 and was reasonable. They then proceeded to sell her a new rear windshield wiper and filter, which they charged more for individually than the oil change. They charged $70 alone to change the rear windshield blade and another $70 for the air filter. DO NOT GO HERE!

First of all, this location is incredible, and the employees are always very helpful. This morning, however, my wife went to get parts for her brake job, and there was a very rude, loud and offensive man sitting on the counter by the checkout register. He shamelessly made some crude comments about my wife and a motorcycle ride, in front of my 2 small children. She was on the phone with me the entire time, so I could heard everything that was said. After my wife made her purchase, she came back to ask who the rude redhead was, and the employees said he is a mechanic who lingers in the parking lot, trying to poach battery installs for tips. This man has got to go. I won't let my wife come back to this AutoZone until he's no longer a potential encounter.

I was outside checking my oil when John came out to help me. It was great to chat with him, and he really helped me feel more confident about what I was doing. You know how sometimes it's tough to get any help at those stores? Well, not this time! Thanks, John!

Website states that they will install a battery if you buy it from them. I called ahead to be sure and the gentleman told me that he would have to see the vehicle first. Wouldn't commit to an install with the vehicle year, make and model. Advanced Auto will get my business this time.

I LOVE these guys!!!! I have tricky windshield wipers and they put them in for me. Today, I had a bad headlight and bought a new one and Daniel put it in for me and patiently taught me how to do it myself!!! Also, a couple years ago, I'd asked my mechanic to put in the brightest bulbs possible. Yes, the Sylvania bulb Daniel picked out for me is a LOT brighter. You can REALLY trust these guys to steer you to the right product. They are warm, eager to help, and know their stuff! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, they are a TRUE Godsend!

I needed a new battery in the evening and AutoZone was able to deliver. My old battery was tested to confirm that it was in need of replacement and I was given great advice in selecting a new one. Peyton helped me with testing and selection and he changed out my old battery for the new one with adept precision. Griffin completed the sale. I highly recommend this location.
