I have an older vehicle which has had some questionable maintenance. I needed a replacement key, however this was a very difficult request because of questionable repairs. The gentlemen worked tirelessly to resolve this problem. They definitely went above and beyond!!

I had my Samsung S10e battery replaced within an hour. They also removed lint from the charging port for no charge and said that they would remove such lint for no charge if it returns. Very friendly and professional.

Exemplary customer service here. The sales associate the evening I took my iPhone in for a battery replacement was friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. The prices are reasonable and it was a decent turnaround time to get the service completed.

I strongly recommend Batteries Plus!Excellent customer service (the owner and staff happily helped with battery removal/install, no charge) plus they have great prices (especially compared to an auto dealer. For example, Valley Nissan was nearly $100 more just for the battery NOT including labor)Batteries Plus also has battery tenders, phone batteries, and your auto key fobs.**No I don’t work for Batteries Plus, I’m just a customer
