I've been going to this location for a while now, and the past few months i've noticed the serving portion is not even half of what it used to be. The guacamole is not fresh its BROWN! My job is 10 minutes away and everytime we have a large order its incorrect. We now will be driving an additional 10 minutes to a different location.

They are so darn stingy in ways that make zero sense. You get a bowl and they don’t even fill the bottom with rice but then they’ll give you the biggest scoop of hot salsa. So it’s not even that they cut back on the portions but it’s not the appropriate amount of each item for it to taste good.Stop letting your spreadsheets dictate how to prepare a meal.

Usually I enjoy coming here on sundays, today wasn't necessarily a bad experience, but I will say that the portions have been cut back far too much for this to be a $14 meal. Always enjoy the staff they're very friendly, but I think it's important even when you're in a rush, minimum wage is $14, it cost an hour to buy this half of a meal at that wage, please give appropriate portions.I wouldn't be eating out if I were hurting, but there are a lot of people who do, and it's important as a business to provide a quality service.

I've been a regular at this Chipotle location for quite some time now, and I must say, there's been a noticeable improvement recently. In the past, I've been a bit disappointed with the overall experience, but things have definitely taken a turn for the better in recent times.The food quality seems to have improved, with fresher ingredients and more generous portions. What's really made a difference, though, is the enhanced level of customer service. While I appreciate the efforts of the entire team, I have to give credit to Sam for consistently providing excellent service.Overall, I'm impressed with the positive changes at this Chipotle and look forward to continuing to enjoy their offerings. Hats off to the team for their hard work and dedication to improving the customer experience!(But in all seriousness it’s chipotle, some of you need to get off your high horses)

Very small portion when asked for double chicken the staff was very pushy and served in a hurry without checking order very poor service and eager to get you out quick customer service.

Food is fine quality, but they mess up our to go orders constantly. Most recently forgot double chicken on an order and completely left off black beans in my wife’s quesadilla order.

Done with all Chipotle locations after our last order here, mainly because of them but also Chipotle is not anything like it used to be. This location Used to be our favorite in the area. Used to be you could change an order if you messed something up, now you have to tell the awful automated line that it's a catering order just to talk to someone who tells you the same thing, no changes to an order after it's placed!On top of that, really inconsistent food and portions on the last few orders from this location as well as rising costs, it's not even close to worth the money now.If it's 430pm and I put an accidental order in for 530pm when I meant to do 630pm, any other restaurants can figure out how to accommodate that change, especially for 45 dollars for two rice bowls and some etc. The good old days are gone, and now I am too.

Great Chipotle. There was a long line that went fast. Bathrooms and dining area clean. Food always delicious and healthy.

missing items. burrito falling apart. Got guac on a burrito that we did not want it on. Check # 1020115, nov 27 7:13 pm. Tried to get help using the chat service but its time consuming and awful, it only let me complain about one problem, and it kept telling me to install the google maps app. Worst chipotle experience in years and years. Chat bot sent me coupon for free kids meal, but I'm not able to use it before it expires. Someone at corporate needs to fix that worthless chat bot, I'm even more pissed after using that junk.UPDATE - the contact-us page has no way to email or call, or chat with a human. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Customer is always wrong according to them. I will never go to this location ever again. Also didn’t get any food cuz would not put what I wanted on it. So they had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste of food.

Absolutely no quality control or training on portion sizes at this location. It's a complete joke. Keep skimping and I'll keep walking away at the register. All I get is rice beans and meat. I won't pay 14$ for literally 1 Oz of meat, especially after asking nicely to check the portion control.
