I co-worked out of confluence for nearly a year and would recommend it! It's a highly productive workspace with a nice little kitchen, phone booths, and conference rooms at a competitive price point.
The catch is that if you're paying for the lowest tier ($150/month), then you have to be vigilant about "reserving" a desk within the 24 hour period they are available. This sometimes proved to be an annoyance during peak times when there were no available desks, or your preferred desk was taken. But usually, the system works fine.

We used the large room for an all day meeting. The AV worked well and the sound in the room was very good. It's nice and a little out of the ordinary to be able to look out through the garage door which opens if the weather is conducive. Kira and the staff worked with a third party caterer to allow them to set up the afternoon before the event, that helped with logistics. All in all, very nice place to have a meeting that is a non-traditional alternative to a standard hotel meeting/ conference room.

Easy to find and park. Easy to book reservations. Pricing is gentle on budget. Facility is AWESOME with great support and they have done a nice job of anticipating needs! The technology and access is excellent. I taught my online class from the collaboration room with no issues. And use can be a regular membership or on demand. Highly recommend this service.

Hosted a networking event with about 40 attendees. The space was perfect. They did an amazing job communicating every step of the way and everything was set up when I arrived. The AV is awesome and the weather was lovely so we were able to have the garage door open during the social part which created even more space. Every attendee was impressed with the venue and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well organized, unique and locally owned event venue! It won't disappoint.

I used the "Event Space" to hold a two-day class for my group and it was perfect. Easy to book, find, park, use, deliver lunch to, and everyone loved opening the garage door in the afternoon to let some fresh air in. It was great to get out of our normal office space and set the tone for us to focus on class content. Only positive feedback from my team which is always a good feeling.

I booked the event space for a small nonprofit chapter event and it was perfect! The ambiance and setup were very nice, the technical equipment was easy to use, and the chapter members loved it.
Tom and Kira were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. They also allowed me to come in ahead of time and test the setup of the equipment, which I really appreciated. No complaints at all, and I look forward to using this space again in the near future! ?

Confluence SBC is fantastic! I never go anywhere else for my team meetings. They are extremely nice, flexible, accommodating and very easy to work with. The facility has everything you need, they make it easy to do business with them and they make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Confluence SBC for individual workspace needs as well as for small and large group meetings.

I was really impressed with the space and how well Kira, the office coordinator, communicated with me. I appreciated the use of the space during weekend hours and will certainly be renting space from them in the future!

I used this space recently for a friend's baby shower and it could not have been more perfect! If you're looking for a warm, light space that is easy to build your own event vision on, this is a wonderful option. Team was clear, communicative and helpful the whole way through. Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Confluence and I felt really comfortable working in their shared office space. It was very quiet, everyone was very friendly, and I though the setups were spacious. In addition, I felt like the internet was very fast and didn't have any issues connecting to the resources that I needed to.

This place is, for me, a great alternative to the co-working spaces in Boulder (looking at you, WeWork and Kiln!). Affordable, friendly, unpretentious, highly responsive to members' input. Multiple price points to suit your needs. Love the quirky artwork all over, the general quiet (no constant music soundtrack!), the comfy seating. Decent if not luxurious phone booths. Near the Lafayette Park-n-Ride and plenty of free parking. There's a discount on the ChargePoint station right outside the front door. Lots of lunch options nearby, along with a fabulous coffee shop, Brew (discount there, too!). Monthly members breakfast and lunch are well-attended and sociable.

We have held several community meetings in the event space at the Confluence Small Business Collective in Lafayette, and the experience each time has been exceptional. Tom and Kira are wonderful to work with-fast communicators, and extremely helpful. Their online booking is straightforward and easy to use. The information they send out ahead of time as well as the easy to follow onsite instructions about how to use the projector/connect to wifi etc make holding the events a breeze and reduces a lot of the unknowns and worries when booking event spaces like remembering to ask for wifi or instructions ahead of time-they have it built into their entire process. This location will continue to top our list as the best place to hold meetings! I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to hold an event in Lafayette!

Confluence is a great event space, and Kira and Tom are wonderful to work with! Coal Creek Meals on Wheels has hosted two wine tasting events at Confluence and had nothing but great feedback from our guests.

While I have a workspace at Confluence, I want to review how it's a great venue for events.We recently held Reintegra's annual fundraising event in the warehouse pace of Confluence. This venue for our art, advocacy, and jazz evening was perfect. The space itself is lovely. The weather that evening was nice, so we had the garage door open which gives such an inviting feel. The string lights that are permanently hung in the warehouse add to this great atmosphere. It was a bonus to have a separate room (normally a conference room) for art that was for auction and a wine bar. We even used the phone booths to watch videos in private.I have used a variety of venues through the years both for Reintegra and other events and I don't think I have ever worked with a venue management team that was as easy to work with as Kira and Tom. I highly recommend using this space for all your public events.
