I got a nail in my tire during my delivery shift tonight. I came into Discount Tires 15 minutes to close, fully expecting to have to leave my car overnight since it was so close to end of day. I was extremely pleased when the gentleman informed me they would patch my tire and have me back on the road tonight! Took less than an hour and I was very grateful for the staff working late to accommodate me so close to end of day. Excellent customer service and prompt repair time. This is why I continue to choose Discount for my tire needs. Thanks!

Went here on a Monday morning for a winter tire change with an appointment and was greeted by Branden, I believe, who had preemptively walked out to meet us before we could even step onto the curb! Kind and friendly service, offered water, and provided frequent updates about the status of service. Altogether, a quick and pleasant visit that greatly contrasted worse experiences at other locations down in Denver.

Was a great experience went in on Saturday did not have tires in stock so they ordered them came back on Monday they accidentally were one short but they went ahead and gave me BF Goodrich all terrain tires instead at the same price Love those guys everyone should go there.

Don’t wast your time at this location. Well under staffed. They over promise time frames to perform work then apologize for very long wait times. There are many other tire stores to use in the Lafayette area.
