This Dollartree in Lafayette is clean and organized. Great customer service and has stuff the other stores do not . I recommend stopping in and seeing the difference between this Dollartree and all the others.

The cashier that helped us on Thanksgiving morning was on her phone while she was helping a customer in front of me that just needed his receipt. So, he had to wait for her to finish her texting on her phone. Then when I walked up to be helped she didn't say anything to be at all. When I got ready to leave she did say have a nice day.

Store employee name Crystal told me and my Autism son that both restrooms was closed. But when I asked for a GM everything changed. When I asked the GM why is your employee saying the restrooms are closed I did not get a honest answer. Then when I asked for the name they both laughed. I will never send a $1.59 at this so called dollar tree. So much fir that dollar us hard working people work for. Just to get told you can't use their restroom that they don't own and don't clean

This store is a great go to for last min items and inexpensive birthday cards/bags/wrapping paper and bows ! Has a lil craft isle and some cute mini gift ideas as well! The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. But somedays the line to check out is too long and slow. Other than that it's a great store ! Thank you Dollar tree !
