I was very frustrated today when using this location's interactive voice response, which seems to be the only option available when calling their number. The IVR didn't have enough options available to manage my delivery, was really slow to interact with since it didn't understand my voice and didn't have fallback touch tone options for the menu items. It was also really disappointing that I couldn't get a quick answer without technical glitches by simply talking to a real human being. Automated IVR systems should always have reliable fallbacks to help avoid issues like this.

No one at this Walgreens knows anything about FedEx, and they have no supplies or envelopes. Rarely do I say this, but go next door to Walmart for better service.

Elizabeth and Olivia are terefic at helping this slow poke artist. Probably would leave my keys there if it weren'6 for those two superstars....
BTW triple burn to canvas just 199$ through Sept. 7th, if memory serves....
