If I can’t try clothes on and can only return for a store credit, I can’t buy clothes from here

I've recently become a regular at this amazing Goodwill store, and let me tell you, it's a treasure trove of great finds, especially in the clothing section! While it may not have the designer or luxury items like the Boulder Goodwill, it more than makes up for it with unbeatable prices. One thing I absolutely love about this Goodwill is that it's a paradise for upcycling enthusiasts like me. I enjoy creating unique pieces using repurposed materials, and this store is a goldmine when it comes to finding fabulous fabrics and other upcycling treasures. So if you're looking for a budget-friendly shopping adventure and have a knack for turning something old into something new, I highly recommend checking out this Goodwill. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Happy hunting, fellow upcyclers! #GoodwillFinds #UpcyclingMagic

I get its a good will but still top 3 worst experiences ive ever had. It felt dirty just walking around and im not a big fan of guys walking around with their back infront of them covering their (im assuming illegal aswell) firearm. Continued when i went to check out when the guy took 10 mins to ring up 5 shirts and tried to grab my card from my hand 5 times. And i think the reader still think skimmed my card, 0/10 worst goodwill location possible dont come here unless youre willing to catch a stray.

I used to find good deals at Goodwill and donate all my stuff but now the prices are all out of whack. $7.99 for a cheap vase that used to cost .99 cents? I don’t bother going in anymore. Cheaper prices at Walmart and it’s brand new.

This Goodwill is horrible. Zero customer service. They have one checkout lady, 24 seven they refuse to add another because of their profit. Do not shop there. profit

This goodwill you can’t even buy vintage/antique like pictures where you can get them cheaper at other goodwill stores but this store they want $200 for one pic I like… what’s the point of calling this place a thrift store if they’re going to Jack up their prices that they got for free in the first place?!? It’s disgusting!

Do not shop here!! Apparently the bathrooms are closed bc ppl do drugs in them, at least is what the cashier told me, and they don’t open the fitting rooms because “people steal things” These were her answers.Zero costumer service!!I tried to return the things that I have to go tried at home, to only get store credit for two items and not the three I returned! If you can’t try things on, you should be able to get a proper refund!

while the staff are super nice, and there’s some decent finds here, they have the dressing rooms closed permanently, and have also covered up the one mirror to prevent people from trying things on. very frustrating if you’re trying to find clothes. unless you want to buy everything and return it for store credit. there’s no sign as to why the dressing rooms are closed or if they will be open again.

Used to by my favorite thrift store. It’s seems to be under new management. The place is a mess, everything is now way overpriced and it’s a mess.

The sell your things with a sold sign on it. This happened to me 3 times.

They have closed all the dressing rooms and covered any mirrors with cardboard so you can't try on any clothes. If you buy something to try on at home they only give store credit for returns. It makes it difficult to buy clothes here.

On May 14th there was only 1 dressing room open and 8 people waiting in line. I talked to the manager who said it keeps theft down as there is less activity to monitor and they refused to open more rooms. Most of the people in the line were over 50 yo and I can't believe the manager believes having one room open instead of 3 is going to keep theft down, especially because no staff were keeping an eye on things, but a couple of employees were milling around doing nothing. People can steal just as easily from one room as 3. This isn't fair to customers. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Get rid of this ridiculous policy! If you are so concerned about shop lifting, then have an employee posted at the rooms. You get all your clothing for free, so surely you can absorb a little loss like other businesses do who have to actually pay for their product?

I think it’s a good thrift store with decent collections. It is calm and quiet not too crowded. May be their collection could improve.

Criminally overpriced considering they get their inventory for free through donations. The flea market down the street has everything for much more reasonable prices.
