“Could not be happier!!!!!!!!!We had an amazing experience today with my daughter having her Birthday party here. The staff made it so welcoming and easy! I was surprised at how smooth everything went!!!If you'll have a party here ask for Annabella to be your host help. She was so awesome and the kids adored her. My daughter and her friends are still talking about how cool she is. All around this was the best place we held a party at ever. And they even let us use a push cart to load everything up at the end which helped alot could be a major selling point to people considering a party here. Definitely impressed. Thanks!!!”

“Absolutely awesome gym. The staff is awesome and they really get to know the people who walk through the doors, they're really nice equipment and a lot of it is new. Equipment is always maintained in the gym is always as close to spotless as you can get! You don't have to fight over a machine because there's plenty and such a wide variety of equipment. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Top gym in the area by far. ??”
“Scott Johnson is simply awesome! Scott has worked with my son for the past six years. His training has helped him reach his goal of playing Division 1 lacrosse in college. Throughout this time my son has become bigger, quicker, faster and stronger because of Scott´s guidance and training. Scott develops a personal relationship with his athletes and this aspect of Scott has been a huge asset for my son - he considers Scott a friend, trainer, and trusted adult in his life. “Came here for an evening workout while visiting the area. Front desk and Coach Kara were both welcoming to a visitor. Just a few quick minutes for the guest paperwork process. Studio is large with about 15 stations and multiple bikes and striders. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I'll come back here again when visiting.”
