“I’ve been going here for years and while everyone working there has always been nice, I never really had any stand out experiences until recently.
The new guy Raphael at the paint counter has consistently gone above and beyond for me the past few times I’ve gone in for various projects. Even when the paint counter is backed up and busy, he’s kept a calm and nice demeanor to everyone which I really appreciate.
Ive gone in several times in a very stressed mode and in a hurry, and ended up leaving in a great mood because of the positivity and conversation with Raphael!!

It’s not often you meet someone who could have their own masterclass in plumbing - his experience, patience, and attitude towards teaching the steps and processes for various plumbing replacements instilled confidence I didn’t think I could have around this stuff. I’ve already gone back 6 times for his guidance and he’s been uplifting (even when sick) every step of the way. Thanks Jon for making yourself available for your customers. I also had a very pleasant experience with Barbara in returns bringing multiple items back in one go.”

“Confusing AF until you've gone there once and figure out isle numbers front half of store vs back half. Used to be annoying AF to have every employee come up and ask if customers needed help finding stuff. They must have gotten complaints about that, this time, not one stopped to ask. Any I did see looked like they were nearly panicked trying to help someone else. Eventually, I found my product by looking it up on my Android app (vs my roommate's computer B4 I left to store). The store app itself, was a bit weird to operate. The store was clean enough, kinda well organized, and the self check out had a nice attendant who made eye contact and a welcoming smile (could have been my pink and blue hair). If I could, I'd score it 4.5, but not a 5 for too confusing isle markings.”

“Excellent company run by the Ellisons, awesome Christian core values. I buy keys, tape, and other stuff here as my way (of many) to serve the Lord and make it known. Go here more often, though this location is sometimes a hit and miss for available product. They have been working on improving their customer service and staff training as well.”
