I am very disappointed and will not be using this company again. Last week I came in for an alignment. They took an hour to tell me they couldn’t complete the full service and that I would have to reschedule. Today I had scheduled an 11am appointment. After two and half hours of waiting they still hadn’t taken my car back. If making an appointment isn’t a guaranteed time to at least get your car in the bay, they should let you know that so you can plan to drop your car off for the whole day. What a waste of time.

After another tire store in the area failed to fix my leaking tire after multiple service appointments, I took my car to Les Schwab. They instantly found a small nail in the tire that had been causing the leak and promptly patched the leak. I would highly recommend Les Schwab due to their professionalism and experience.

Les Schwab is anti-business. On my most recent trip, I want pricing on brakes for my wife's car. We left the vehicle there for almost 4hrs on an appointment before we stopped back in to check on the status (we live across the street and could see the car had been sitting around). They were like, oh yeah. You can take it. We're done. I was like, OK.....what's it gonna be for the brakes? And they were like, we couldn't get a price on the parts from our distributor?? We will have to call you back. It's been over a week and no call back. Maybe they have too much business? Maybe they just wanted to cruise the wife's whip around? I don't know. I just know this is not the first time I have had a similar experience over there, and this is my first ever negative google review, so I guess just beware of what you are expecting over there......

Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time. It took me 2 hours to order tires. They called a couple days later to tell me they were in and when I went to get them put on, they had no record of my order. I said maybe I should go somewhere else and the blond girl said, OK.

Got everything done but it took over four hours. I just wish they had been upfront about their wait. I was waiting with a toddler and they continually told me only about an hour left. It wasn’t until my husband spoke with them that they finally pulled our car into the bay. I understand being short staffed but if I had known it’d be four hours, I would’ve left and come back.

Kudos to the wonderful staff of Les Schwab (LS) in Lafayette! My car had a flat tire, and LS worked me into their busy schedule and fixed it. They are kind, considerate, do great work, are knowledgeable, and provide exemplary customer service.I also love that they do not "upsell." They only mention services when needed.Highly reccomended!

Very helpful and kind, running late but they were upfront about the wait time and stayed past normal hours to make sure they got to my appointment

This was my first time using Les Schwab and I'm very disappointed in the service here. I came in for a seasonal change over and it took over 3 hours, even though I had an appointment and let them know that I was waiting in the lobby. They didn't pull my car in until 2 hours on the dot, and the fact that they couldn't let me know that they were this far behind in schedule is extremely frustrating. When my car was ready, they didn't acknowledge the long wait at all, so I mentioned it, and all they had to say was, "Sorry, we're short staffed."Such a poor excuse. I'm not mad that you're short staffed and the car took longer than expected, I'm mad that your staff can't communicate properly and respect my time.I will definitely not come back or recommend this shop.

Absolutely amazing staff! They were booked out weeks and still got us in for a tire repair and had my car in the bay 10 minutes after we showed up. It's also a plus when they provide services, not many places can do such as being able to stretch tires! Will definitely be going back ?

Horrible. When I bought the wheels and tires nobody said anything about how there wasn't a warranty or anything and I'm pretty sure I asked and an employee which stated there was. I got a bubble on the side of my tire and they stated it was due to a curb that I hit and that here was curb rash on the wheel. Funny enough I bought a set of cheap wheels on facebook to put my winter tires on that were in not the best shape and thats what they said it was. Also when I had bought the wheels they mix matched the lug nuts with random ones how did that happen, I have no idea. Not to mention I spent a good amount on 2 sets of wheels and tires from here and will never be buying anything from this place again go to discount tire where things come with a warranty for the same quality and price.

Excellent customer service! Orion P was very friendly and helpful. I came in for my 5,000 mile rotation, and as always, the service was outstanding; quick, easy, and perfect in every way. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality customer service and a friendly staff. I wish I could give them ten stars instead of five in this review!Paul RectorLafayette, CO

I had a disappointing experience at this Les Schwab location. When I visited last week, they outright denied service, claiming that the ceramic brake pads were supposed to squeak.Thankfully, I reached out to the customer care, who referred me to the Erie location. There, they promptly addressed the issue, replacing my brake pads with higher quality ones covered under warranty. It’s concerning that this particular location refused service and put my safety at risk by allowing me to drive with noisy brake pads. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Brought my truck in (2012 Ford F350) with two tires and asked them to put the tires on the front and do an alignment. Got a call back six hours later from a tech saying they could not do an alignment because my drag link joints were worn out. Oh well, at least they got the tires on while they had it all day, right? Well no, they didn't do that either. They claimed the alignment had to be done first (this is false - you absolutely should not perform an alignment with worn tires) and then tried to get me to agree to a $680 repair, which I declined. I'm a heavy duty truck mechanic myself and I know what a bad steering joint looks like. There was nothing wrong with my drag link, but if I was someone else I might have been out $700 because the tech that diagnosed it (don't remember his name) mistook a normal amount of twisting movement in the ball socket as a worn out joint. Needless to say I will not be bringing my truck back here.
