We went to this store to get new phones and join metro… we wanted the free iPhone 11… which the sign named was free and was also free online. When I went to buy it, they said it was going to cost $50 and said they promotion wasn’t happening anymore. It totally felt like a scam. I showed them the sign and the website and they still said it was $50.

I appreciate Jocy working in the Lafayette Metro PCS. Shes very kind and helpful, very good customer service due to her being bilingual. I hope she stays in the Lafayette store. Thank you.

This is the second time since this place changed ownership that I've had problems I was told I was getting a new phone because my other phone started glitching and giving me problems and shutting down the new phone was not a new phone it's a refurbished one and it started doing the same thing the day I got it not to mention our phones are our lifelines and I had to wait 5 days without a phone that's crazy for paying customers who were in good standing who just paid their bills to go 5 days without a phone I'm on probation I have zoom calls I need my phone I couldn't even make an emergency call it's dangerous and irresponsible for this company to let people leave without a phone when it's the company's responsibility not mine I've gotten two phones there and I don't even think they were new because I didn't leave with a box or a charger so I don't know what's going on at that store but it's messed up I still don't have a phone

Closed during open hours I have a phone bill I have to pay to work it's 1:45 pm and nobody's here for me to pay it while the next metro is a half hour drive away

Your stores need more than 1 employee, 1 to sell phones, and 1 just to take payments, I came in to pay my bill, ended up standing there for 25 minutes while clerk finished selling phone to another customer. Very annoying!!! Waited another 5 minutes and walked out, never got my bill paid, now ill probably be shut off......thanks metro, maybe I will just go back to verizon!

My name is angel- This place gets on my nerves how is it going to say open but yet there close I came by to pay my phone bill or buy a new phone because the phone I just got is not working as good I just hope my phone dont get disconnected because this place is closed but now I'm thinking about not going to though this place anymore and it's sad because I been with this company for some years now

stay away from this store. they screwed me and my mom out of our two upgrades and almost $250 down the drain! the phones get hot and even make a popping/gun noise

The lady working at the front was so helpful at setting up my first phone plan with them! My phone wouldn't read the sim card but the lady explained that it could be my tray or my phone and directed me to ubreakifix to check it out. I then went to ubreakifix and the tray was apparently not the original one so I went back home and switched it with the old phone I had and it worked! Thanks for the advice t metro!

WORST CARRIER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Today I found out that my phone number had been assigned to another person without me cancelling my service with Metro. Now my personal conversation have been tampered with. I smell a law suit in Metro and I's future.My last and final visit to the Lafayette, Colorado store was horrible. I was "helped" by a pregnant woman, I think her name was Jasmin, who proceeded to call support so they could do her job for her. She made fun of the poor support team members accent while they on mute. I was appalled at the this behavior in a so called "professional" setting or anywhere for that matter.If you wanna buy a phone and plan with a company who enjoys screwing people over, be my guest.

Really quick and efficient. The general manager helped me. Got my new phone linked to my account in a quick time. I was on the phone with customer service this morning, waste of time. But this store fixed it.
