We absolutely love Primrose. Our son has moved up through two classrooms and has adored all of his teachers. He learns a ton and is happy every day when we pick him up. We love getting a peek into his day through the updates on the app. Mariah and Julie run a tight ship which has made our lives as working parents much easier. It’s one of the more expensive options in the area but with all meals provided and good hours, we feel it’s worth it.

This school holds such a special place in my heart! Our twin boys have attended for the past year and half and we’ve been blown away with the quality of care they’ve received throughout. I’ll even dig deep to find a “negative” for this 5 star review lol…we have seen some teacher turn-over during our time. What’s remarkable, though, is that each transition has been nearly seamless for our boys. I attribute this to to the high caliber teachers that are hired. Day in and day out, I have observed each teacher treat the students with unwavering patience and kindness. They all have shown competence in their roles as well (which is a non-negotiable deal-breaker for me personally if this is in question). I give over-arching credit to Julie and Mariah, they are absolute gems! We unfortunately have to leave for personal reasons, though I thought it was important to share our fondness for this special place.

Zero stars given if it was possible. We started our 6 month old with Primrose, at first his teachers we wonderful unfortunately due to poor management they left. This continues to be a problem as they have an extremely high turn over rate. Shortly after starting it became apparent that they don't follow their own policies and lie about them continously. For example, as our infant moved into new rooms we were told they require transition periods with his new teachers so that they would be educated on things like his food allergies, skin conditions and what his pediatrician was concerned with. When talking to the teachers, we asked if they had any questions about his medical requirements and they simply stated that he was "dropped off" and nothing was mentioned to them about any of his allergies and that they were completely unaware of any medical conditions. In addition, we found out they never created an allergy card for our child even though we have to fill out a form monthly that requests this information. We also found out about health violations as they told us his milk was being kept in a fridge when it was in fact being stored in an uniced cooler (i.e. was being feed milk that effectively had been sitting out all day). Another problem is that teachers told us they were instructed not to give the snacks listed on their food schedule or promised by the front staff to kids unless there was leftovers. We even found out on several occasions our child was not provided some of the scheduled meals at all!!! Then when we stated we were leaving instead of using the monthly rate we were paying to prorate our remaining time they stated they had to MAKE UP THEIR OWN RATE and charged us extra. I could go on with examples of their lack of communication, FOLLOWING their own PROTOCOLS, lack of professionalism and being truthful about everything as I have many more but hopefully this paints the picture of why one should avoid this place. Also, just to be clear we voiced our concerns multiple times only to be met with avoidance and statements such as "life happens".

My son has attended since he was 2 years old. The staff and administration have been nothing but kind and nurturing to my sons individual needs. They are professional and understanding. This is a fantastic school and extremely well cleaned and organized. I can’t recommend this school enough!

We love everything about this school! The facilities are great and always clean, the staff is super professional and friendly - somehow they always seem to be happy and they seem to know everyone personally, the teachers are loving, fun and caring and the curriculum is top notch.Both my 3 year old and my 1 year old love spending the day there and we have peace of mind knowing they're having a good time, learning a lot, playing, being cared for deeply and eating delicious and nutritious meals.If you're considering this school for your kiddo, go meet Rachel, Julie, Mariah and some of the teachers, they're seriously the best!

Our son just graduated and is going into Kindergarten after going to Primrose for 5+ years. He started in the infant room and moved up through Jr Kindergarten. The teachers care deeply about the kids, the administration has been consistent and runs a tight ship, and the sense of community is strong from the teachers, kids and parents. Julie is awesome and always available to talk through any questions or concerns parents have. Thank you!

Great school! We’ve had two kids at primrose for over 2 years. Staff is friendly, classrooms are clean, kids come home happy and exhausted and there is real learning taking place even at a young age which really helped our daughter transition to kindergarten at a public school.

Primrose was a really great experience for my family and my son. I was a nervous mom putting her baby in the hands of strangers and they helped me feel at ease about the transition into daycare life. They even let us start out with a couple of half-days to see if it would be a good fit.They have an app that keeps you up-to-speed on what your kiddo is up to during the day and we get to see all the fun activities that they plan for him. They do a variety of different things from crafts and learning time to outdoor play and walks in strollers.Our son has never come home upset from being at Primrose. In fact, he brought his daycare bag to me on a Saturday so we could go! He was not thrilled when I told him we can't go on weekends.

We loved our time at Primrose in Lafayette. Our daughter was enrolled as an infant and her care was exceptional. The staff is super loving and friendly while simultaneously maintaining a really comforting level of professionalism and organization. We really enjoyed the family feel at this school. Couple that with super easy communication via the app and through email, and we’d very much recommend this Primrose location to anyone.

Primrose in Lafayette is a great daycare + preschool and I highly recommend it. A bit about us: we have 2 kids, one is 11 months and one just turned 4. Both have been in Primrose since April 2021. All of the teachers in both of my kids' classrooms are excellent. I feel everyone is very loving towards the children, that they are safe, and taking good care of them. This extends to education which I think the teachers do a very good job with as well. Of the three daycares I have been to Primrose in Lafayette is the best managed. Julie and Erica are very on top of everything. When my oldest was adjusting to the new school they took extra time to make her comfortable. When the kids were sick they took really good care of them while I was en route to pick them up. They are extremely responsive to questions and easy to talk to.Both of my kids seem to really love school. My oldest can tell me all about her day and all of the activities she does. Although my youngest can’t talk yet he is happy every day there. The facilities are clean and well organized. The app they use to send updates to the parents is really easy to use and the teachers are really great about providing updates. Their COVID protocols have been really well designed and enforced. The school has not had any outbreaks. All of the classrooms have exterior doors so there is no need to go inside for pickup and drop off.

Our son was enrolled in Primrose's infant program, and his teachers Ms Janelle and Ms Michelle took great care of him and were excellent about sending us updates, pictures and messages thoughout each day. The administration staff we interfaced with were always really professional and responsive whenever we had questions. Overall we had a great experience.

Overall, we had a really good experience with Primrose. Our son started in Primrose at 3 months old and is just about to finish his time at Pre-K. As can be imagined, over 5 years there are going to be ups and downs. We felt that Primrose provided a good mix of learning and activities. Ultimately, we will have fond memories of Primrose and believe it provided our son with a good foundation as he goes into elementary school.

Our 2 children had a wonderful experience at Primrose from the infant room through the pre-K class. The teachers are all amazing at keeping us informed throughout the days, sharing pictures and communicating with us the things our children are learning each day. We had to switch schools due to my work location changing and we dearly miss our Primrose family.

We have toured, researched, discussed with neighbors over 10 daycares/schools for our 2 year old. From the minute we walked through the door and was given a tour by Ms Erica I knew we found the right place for our son. This place is warm, friendly and structured which is the perfect combo for our family. The teacher turnover is low which is a big plus for me. The school provides tons of updates during the day and most of all my son loves it. We were at another center for 4 months and my son would cry everyday at drop off. At Primrose, no more tears just Bye Bye Mama! The only issue I have is my eldest son wants to go to Primrose too. Maybe I shouldn't have brought him with us on the tourThank You Primrose Lafeyette Team, we are very excited to be part of the family.

My son attended from age 4 months to 5 years. He has loved his time in the Pre-K room this year. He has learned so much and we always knew he was being well cared for. Ms. Julie and Ms Erica in the front office have been great too. We will miss seeing them every day.
