For anyone starting a challenge this is a great challenge group. And it’s true it don’t cost you anything if you don’t want pro. It’s very informative and give you a better understanding of what you should be doing and the reasonings behind it.

Love the RUF program. I love the accountability and the education we are getting about health. I also enjoy getting to know others who are going thru the same process. Sometimes at night I walk my neighborhood to get my steps in but the most important thing is to keep on moving one step at a time.
