I have been coming to Russells for over 15 years and they have always taken very good care of me and my family. As a female, it is super frustrating to find a mechanic that is honest and treats you with respect. They always pinpoint the problem and fix it without breaking the bank. These guys are nothing short of amazing. No nonsense, don't try to upsell you on anything, and did reliable work on my '96 Astro. There were a lot of shops that wouldn't work on it just due to the age of the vehicle, but these guys did the job well. Give them all the business and leave those other shops that charge you 3-4x as much to go bankrupt. Very happy to find a reliable, trustworthy, and good mechanic shop. I have taken every vehicle I have owned to Russell’s for 20+ years, and there is a plethora of reasons why. Not only for their experienced and skillful work, but also their customer serviceand care to every individual, which has always been tip top!And how can I not mention their reasonable prices that are true for the hardworking, everyday person. I called Russell’s while onthe road describing the issue with my vehicle, and they told me to turn around and head straight to them. My car was returned in less than an hour in outstanding condition and I was on my waywith the rest of my day. I cannot speak highly enough about what this business has meant to me, my family, and the community. I will NEVER take my transportation anywhere else! Definitely the better deal in Lafayette, Louisville and Erie, used to be a mechanic myself for over 15 years, now I have no time to work on my ownvehicles cause of my multiple businesses, they charged by the book exactly how it should be. Quick turn around will definitely be using them again for my 6 vehicles
