Had my last post op with Dr. Dull THE BEST SURGEON ever!!! He literally saved my life with my first major surgery in March and then fixed me up again in October. If you are ever lucky enough to have him at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette be thankful!!! This man is amazing and my HERO!!! Went to Good Sam after a seizure unconscious after my husband called 911. The EMTs didn’t listen to my family and neither did the ER. I have a history of drinking so they didn’t take me seriously and did nothing in the ER and sent me home .... 2 day’s later I went to see my regular Dr at Kaiser next door bc I was in so much pain!! They found 7 broken bones and Pneumonia. My Dr was shocked they sent me home! Good job ER. Contacting a malpractice lawyer and won’t be paying the bill! Don’t go here!!

After i got care i set up for monthly payments. Upon the first payment, they removed the total amount due as opposed to the agreed amount. Upset , I call they refunded the amount less what I agreed to pay. The next month they wipe my bank account AGAIN. I CALL. They say rhe agreed amount isn't enough and they want me to pay more. I pay 300 and say i cannot do this every month on a schedule. They say OK. Following month. I am 2 weeks late. It goes to collections. I call. They take it out of collections wipe my bank account a 3rd time and i give up. NOW THEY ARE TAKING ME TO COURT!!! I HAVE TO PAY THE LEFTOVER BILL, INTREST AND THEIR LAWYER AND COURT COSTS!!! WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. Down from the registrar staff to the recovery room staff. They made my first surgery experience AMAZINGLY EASY and as calm free because my anxiety was acting up. Every single person I talked to, from staff that just moved me around to staff that provided a service, I thank you all for all the kindness and amazing attitudes all around. In the world we are in right now it was refreshing to see so many people with kindness. I’ve been to 2-3 hospitals and this one was hands the best experience from start to finish

Terrible service. They say they will contact your doctor for refills but they don't. After you call your MD yourself and verify that it was called in it still takes at least five days and several calls to receive. Plan ahead when dealing with this pharmacy.

Doctor ordered a prescription, 16 hrs later they keep denying there is a prescription called in until the doctor calls again. Lazy and careless people.
