They did identify the squeal, did a quick bend something back into place, and presto, no more squeal. I love it when it's a simple problem and a quick fix. They were honest and upfront about possible charges--which I ended up not having to pay, because my problem was just a piece of metal slightly out of place. Thanks, Josiah and Beth!”
