“I could not be happier with the service that I receive at Russell. A year or two ago I took my car to a Jiffy Lube and was told that my brakes were dangerous and needed to be repaired immediately. I had them checked out at Russell and learned that they were fine. As it turns out they’re STILL in great shape! Today when I took my car to Russell for an oil change, I mentioned that it had just turned over 50,000 miles. Not only did they change the oil, but they did the checks that Toyota recommends at this point in a Prius lifecycle… and they only charged me for the oil change. They are thorough, honest, and price their services very reasonably. I’m very grateful to have found Russell!”
“I had a good experience with the shop. It was my first time in since the ownership change and I had been hesitant to adjust to the change, but wanted to use the coupon they sent. The person I talked to on the phone to make the appointment was clear that it was a drop-off appointment. He said even though it would be an 8:30 appointment time, it wouldn't be an issue to come a bit later, after the school morning drop offs. Also I asked if it would be ready before school pickups and he said yes, probably by midday. I was there by 9:00 with no problems during drop off, just smiles and helpful info. I got a text and call in the midday saying it was ready, and said I would come after work. Even though there was a list of maintenance to expect to do in the future, there was no heavy pressure to sell me more services at this time, which I highly appreciate. When I came in to pickup, pleasant greetings and small talk combined with a quick finish up so I could get to the next things I was hurrying off to. Everyone was very polite.”
“This is an old school shop, in a good way. Paul and Rene are honest guys. I've been to a number of shops around Lafayette and Louisville, and I think I'm finally done looking.”

“Nice to finally meet Tom. I feel he's extremely knowledgeable of many makes and models, which to me justifies the hourly rate told to me. The shop is impeccable and It appears he has plenty of high dollar customers yet he made me feel very welcome and accepted me as a new customer with showing interest in my Spitfire project car that I just purchased. Communication is key and they are very good at responding to calls quickly. I am Looking forward to working with them in the future. Clem.”
“I had to replace a gas tank and rear brakes and rotors on my car. Christian Brothers was pretty quick at getting me in and very thorough with the photos on the inspection. There was a slight problem with not getting something repaired, but they were quick to fix it and offered to pick me up with their shuttle. Randy was the most helpful person although I understand I don’t know the name of the mechanic my SUV back together overall a good experience.”

He even took the time to tape up my wheel, so therefore no scratches will be made. I’ve never seen that before at an auto tire shop, he has all the core values of being a manager and I hope the current leadership takes note of his skills that he possesses with excellent customer service.”

“Stan's Automotive did a wonderful job of changing the oil and filter in my ford Explorer. They also checked all the important fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. During their inspection they realized that the shock absorbers and struts needed replacing as the vehicle has over 135,000 miles on it. They called me and we agreed to go ahead and replace them and realign all four wheels. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my Explorer that they had not only done an superior job! Thank you Stan's!!”
