I have volunteered with TRU for many years. When my time comes, I hope TRU will be with me and my family. From my position I have had a front row seat to the thoughtful, compassionate and excellent care provided by the nursing staff and the administrative services. TRU is a gift to our community

TRU has been and continues to be a great partner to us at Balfour Longmont. I must give a special shout out to Jessica O'Leary who is a gem, compassionate and caring, stepping in during all stages of life. RN Amanda Sanderson for being a rock star nurse, her unwavering love and support for our families during their most difficult times is just amazing. Thank you to the whole TRU team at Balfour Longmont who cares for our residents day in and day out.

Working as an RN Case Manager with Tru has been one of the best employment arrangements I've ever had. I feel supported and listened to. My experience is appreciated, and I'm often asked to share advice on difficult cases. Competitive salary, good benefits!

Volunteering at TRU Community Care has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The commitment to providing amazing, compassionate care to patients is evident in every interaction. The staff's dedication creates a warm and supportive environment. Witnessing the positive impact on patients' lives is truly fulfilling. I highly recommend this hospice for those seeking a meaningful volunteer opportunity and for the outstanding care they offer to those in need.

I'm a proud volunteer at TRU Hospice, a service for TRU Community Care. A retired palliative medicine physician and former hospice medical director, I provide companionship and respite care for patients and families using the hospice benefit. TRU is remarkable in providing timely, compassionate, high quality care in the home. Sensitive and responding to any and all forms of suffering - physical, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual - TRU brings expertise to each concern, working toward a higher quality of life. The experience of my clients and their families is exceptionally positive. I recommend TRU Hospice care, unequivocally.

I am currently on hospice with Tru homecare, and I can't say it's been without its challenges, but find me a human-run service or program that doesn't make mistakes. My nurse, Mackenzie deserves a very special mention, because she goes above and beyond with compassion every single time. My 5 star rating just changed to a 4 because the pharmaceutical aspect has gone from mediocre to unsatisfactory as of late. These problems Mackenzie works out within hours 90% of the time (even though they are by no means a fault of her own), but it seems recently there was some change in that regard. Because prior to this noticable shift, I would have been hard pressed to find any complaints. Even with that being said, you or your loved one will be in kind, competent hands with Tru, undoubtedly.

My company does contract services for TruPace aka Tru Community Care transporting their clients to and from appointments. However they owe us thousands of dollars for past due services! It’s pathetic that a State Funded program can get away with this type of shenanigans! Please evaluate using TruPace or Tru Community Care when considering services for your family and or friends!! Without our contracted services TruPace would be out of business as transportation is a bulk of services they provide to their elderly patients! TruPaces ride scheduling system is totally messed up. They are constantly double booking, forgetting or messing up transportation needs for their clients. On top of TtuPaces very poor communication with clients and contractors their patients suffer!

Left my grandmother without medication at the end of her life. Waited on a medication order for over 16hrs. Terrible communication within their office had to follow up phone call for everything.

My mother was at the Longmont Hospital TRU hospice for nearly a week. The staff were amazing. My sister and I were continually grateful for their excellent care of both my mother and her family. The entire staff helped us through the hospice process and gave mom a peaceful and loving end. The nurses, assistants, and doctors were all remarkably kind and attentive. This is obviously not just a job for them, it is a calling. These people cared so very very much. Many thanks to the TRU team.

I was going to get my mom set up with the Palative care since she is on the borderline of being in Hospice. Once I left my message a girl named Jessica called back . Telling me not asking that she has a appointment set up for my mom . I told her the time won'twork because I don't get off work til later she replied this is what I have why do you have to be there anyway . I was shocked by her response this is the second time by Tru Community staff has been so rude and lack in professionalism, My opion is that the Healthcare system is only after money and not to take care of Love ones . If I could give no star I would .

My sister was on palliative only a few weeks with Tru Community. This staff (provider, social worker and people answering the phone/taking messages) were unresponsive and defensive. The reason they gave me was they were "soft touch" and we wanted the things in the brochure and 1st disscussion itemes like advice, direction, resources, assistance withPCP, very low BP, medications, home modification recommendations for safety, returned phone calls... our expectations are not "soft touch".

If I could give them a 0, I would. On the final days leading up to my father's death, I had to deal with the representative of Tru Community Care that works out of St. Anthony's North. The lady was offensive and flat-out unprofessional. Don't use this organization as they are in it for the money only.

Absolutely the worst home care provider available. Arrogant and incompetent staff across the board. Constant contradictions between nurses. Belittling to my terminal mother and the family at every turn. We've spent more rime arguing with these morons than we have with our dying mother trying ro get her the care she needs. They simply do not care at all. Medicine orders are constantly being filled incorrectly. Or forgotten about completely. Nurses not entering notes, who then insult the family for not knowing exactly what was prescribed when and by whom. Zero explation of what is happening or why. Horrible to non-existent communication. Will blame the family for their short comings. Unwilling to help in any way. If you don't want your loved ones final days to be more tortuous than they already are, avoid this clown show at all costs.

My mom was only at home under this hospice for 2 days, but they were absolutely wonderful. The process of getting the equipment at the house, getting her transferred from the hospital to home, and getting her settled with all she needed was perfectly seamless. The night nurse was amazing with reassuring me and guiding me with meds. I was always met with responsiveness and compassion when I reached out and when they reached out to me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing home hospice care. I'm so grateful they made the process as smooth as possible and that my mom could be surrounded by her loved ones in her last days.
