I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this USPS location, it feels like there’s some personal bias against me. My mail often ends up at the wrong address. Packages under 5 lbs are rarely put in the package mailbox, which makes things really inconvenient. Changing my address has also been a hassle. I’ve reported these issues multiple times but nothing seems to change. Honestly, if I could give them zero stars I would. It’s disappointing to think that their personal feelings affect the way they do their jobs. As a citizen of the United States, I should be treated equally when it comes to mail. I honestly think it’s illegal for them to be treating my mail as a joke. I’ve lost income taxes because of them, social security cards because of them, replacement drivers license and birth certificates. like when is this going to end and when can my mail be properly delivered?

By far the best usps I have ever seen. Bri was amazing yesterday. I had the baby with me so she helped put stamps on over 30 letters. Thank you. Ron was there too he’s always nice and helpful. Merry Christmas

They're decent amd cordial when visiting in person, but I have had absolute garbage assistance when calling or searching for help with my package online

There was no wait, due to three employees servicing the drop in customers. The employee that helped me was great, directing me to the appropriate postal product (a certified letter) for my situation.

Mail hasn't been picked up or delivered for the past two businesses days. No effort to deliver certified mail to the door.

Came in at 4:45pm and found it's already closed. I don't mind employees getting off work early, but you should stop telling your customer that you close at 5pm.
