The employees are always great. I wish this location grew as fast as our population.

Came in at 4:45pm and found it's already closed. I don't mind employees getting off work early, but you should stop telling your customer that you close at 5pm.

This office is just horrible , I cannot count the times I’ve had to go in to check on a new set of keys for my mailbox and the amount of times I’ve been trying to retrieve my mail which is supposed to be on hold, however they keep sending it out to my mailbox that I don’t have access to. The miss communication is just as bad no one is able to give you answers, It’s been two months without access to my mail, so frustrating.

Chronically understaffed. I don't think I've ever got through the line in less than 30 mins, even to just drop off a package. Go somewhere else if you possibly can.

The guy that opened up this location on May 31st needs some customer service training. Every time I go in with a prepaid label so I can get a receipt, he tells me I should have used the self help box outside. I always tell him that the post office once lost a package that way and I was made responsible for it so I prefer to hand it to a human. Today he was overly rude and just said, “well guess what - we can lose your package just as easy”.. I don’t know why printing a receipt is so tough for him but the truth is most things can be done at the self help box, yet people go in every day to deal with a real employee. He’s a Raiders fan and I guess the ‘no class’ rings true, even at a place of employment. Dude should probably be moved to the back to sort because he doesn’t know how to respectfully speak to customers.

Nice folks here. Got there right at closing and they held the door for me. Lots of parking. Cute little downtown area for a bite to eat.

Probably one of the most unfriendly and AWKWARD USPS locations around. The men that work there are generally rude and miserable. There is one man who work there that is kind - the others are just unfriendly and odd. Robert who works the counter should not be in customer service as he is curt, lacks eye contact, and makes assumptions. He blurts at customers and should stay in the back.

A post office with friendly, upbeat employees and almost no line! AND they ask for feedback! What’s not love?

Best experience I have ever had in a Post Office. Mr Ray and really all other employees are above and beyond helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

This post office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We needed our mail held while we were fixing our mailbox (someone plowed it with their car). It was the middle of winter and the ground was frozen solid so we had to wait for a warm day to be able to rebuild it. In the meantime, we had to go to the post office to pick up our mail and of course this was during the holidays so there were a lot of cards and things coming to us. Every time I went in there I was questioned about "why" I was having my mail held and given the third degree about it. They would shout out to the line "anyone ELSE need me to get their mail in the back?" to embarrass me. They were purposely very intimidating and sarcastic while they were interacting with me. They made me feel like it was my fault for creating a hassle and like I enjoyed coming every few days and waiting in line for an eternity only to be chastised- because someone ran into my mailbox in the middle of winter and Christmas! Mind you, this is what they specifically advised us to do when we told them what had happened to our mailbox. I also witnessed them being rude (loudly so everyone could hear) to MANY people while I was there as well. It was obvious these men did not want to be working there (they were complaining amongst themselves about their jobs) and they were taking it out on the customers. It's also obviously part of the culture to be aggressively rude. I honestly dreaded going every single time and would do anything to avoid it in the future. By how many one star reviews there are about the terrible customer experience, it's clear that the workers need to be examined carefully and either re-trained or let go. It's unacceptable.
