If i could rate this a 0 i would. The pharmacy has new hours which I understand. I waited in line tonight for 30 minutes, when i got to the window at 6:02 the lady told me that they close at 6 and i should have been there earlier if i needed my medicine so bad. She was beyond rude and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff are friendly but every single time I come to this pharmacy or need to call for questions- I am waiting for at least 30 minutes. Maybe they’re short staffed, like every one is but this is a consistent problem that has been happening for months. Get it together Walgreens!

Had my prescription ready within 10 minutes of it getting called in. The pharmacy had a whole team working nonstop back there and everyone was nice and helpful.

I've been a regular here for 20 years. In the last 6 months the service has gone completely to hell. There is almost always a line of 6-12 cars at any hour they are open. My two most recent prescriptions took more than two days to fill. I finally drove to the store and sat in line for an hour. When I got to the drive through window I was told my two scrips were not ready (after 2 days) and would take two more hours to fill, but I could wait in the parking lot. I told them I would wait at the window. The clerk was quite adamant that I wait elsewhere, but I refused to move and they finally filled my scrips. Since Walgreens can't seem to manage their workload I am going to do them a huge favor. I will reduce their workload my one customer... me.

Don’t waste your time. After waiting in line for half an hour for my inhaler they told me the percription wasn’t ready and it’s be another half hour, and this is after it was supposed to be ready the night before!!!! Just another example example of incompetence!!!

On hold for 1 hour and then and finally started ringing to connect me. The Walgreens rep lifted up the receiver and then just hung up the phone.

I booked online “vaccinations” at Lafayette Walgreens. Did it as a guest. Needed to cancel. Wouldn’t allow online because of that. Supposed to call the Phone #. I did that and cancelled last week. Just got email reminder of appointment. Called to tell them in case someone else would NEED that appointment. Sat on the phone waiting for half an hour. Then they hung up on me. I’m sure with it being only an hour and 15min away from quitting time the same thing will happen. Very poor service. Of course online isn’t any better. There SHOULD be a way you can cancel your appt. online.

I just found out you have to pick up your prescriptions through the same window/drawer that they process and collect Covid specimens. The other lane with the pneumatic tube system does not work so no other option. This is putting all Walgreen’s customers at risk. CVS here I come.

Legit Erin has to be least helpful "pharmacist" I've ever met. Walgreens only allows you to make a COVID testing appt the day prior. I recognize that. I have an infant at home and notified of an exposure this morning, so am desperate to get a test before he comes home so I know the proper methods to take. She told me they couldn't help me out. I offered to take a cancellation. She said no. She encouraged me to go make dummy appointments at other walgreens to see if they could move my appointment to today, hence taking up valuable space that I don't plan on using away from other people in the same predicament. She was rude, unhelpful and not a team player, given how important COVID testing is. I offered to come at the drop of a hat, was basically begging and she was heartless and just in general absolutely rude. I'd avoid at all costs.
