Been shopping here on and off for about two years, and the experience has always been just about as good as any of the other times and stores I have visited. Recently though, I was returning something that I had for a little while that was electronic, and was surprised that their return policy is more than 15 days (I believe 30 days, like all other items), so this made my recent visit pretty grand.

I know everyone is short these days, but communication goes a long way. Pulled up to the automotive bay to have my battery checked and was completely ignored. Closed bays and didn't even communicate how long. Won't be taking my business here in the future.

I want to give a shout-out to Luis and Lorie for taking care of me. I had complications at the auto center w parts I had bought and they made sure to take care of it w no hesitation because they knew it was the right thing. I really appreciated there positive attitude and how they only cared to make sure I was taken care. Amazing customer service all around even from the gentlemen in auto service.

Gets the job done! Friendly staff! It really has improved in the last few years. Always a great experience with the bakery and the auto department!

One of the worse bakery departments of all time. Don't shop here. Don't do any business with this Walmart. 34 dollars for a plain birthday cake for a 2 year old. They don't care about customer or what they want. They tried handing me a decoration and told me to decor it myself and tried to give me 50% off. Won't be shopping here or any other Walmart any time soon. Take care of your customers. Pathetic

So riddle me this Walmart. Why the HECK do I have to download YOUR app just to use tap to pay?... What other companies do that?.. NONE! Why? because it's flat-out stupid and shows that you guys don't care about making our lives easier but get as many people as you can to download your dumbass app (which never works properly BTW) just to use a more sanitary way of paying. YAll are just a bunch of corporate assholes who just want numbers. Maybe yall should take your heads out of your butts and look at how to actually help your customers. Your employees are ALWAYS rude whether it's this location or either of the Longmont locations but clearly yall don't care how you look which is why there are SO MANY youtube videos of Walmart employees verbally assaulting PAYING customers. Yall are trash... I'm going back to target. Sure it may cost more but they actually CARE about their customer. Yall should really do some research about customer service because yall CLEARLY do NOT know what appropriate customer service is. Oh and SCREW YOUR PHONE SERVICE can't even get a REAL person on the phone to make a formal complaint so here I am giving you a BIG screw you Walmart. I hope target puts yall out of business if youtube doesn't do it first with lawsuits lol. If I was a hire up I would be EMBARRASSED by the way this "company" is running.
