“Coming from Corporate Management myself... The leadership is impeccable at this location. Sana Guzema is EXCELLENT Manager, her skills is beyond what I see in Management at Planet Fitness. I been over 50 different Planets Fitness locations for work. Sana mentor her staffs by speaking to them professional and with lots off excitement from the tone of her voice. Her staffs can see that. Everyone is happy when I walked in every morning. When I walked in it liked a family atmosphere Everyone know you by your first name and they greet you when you walked in and out. I LOVE coming to this locations because of GREAT leadership shown by Sana Guzman. The bathroom is very cleans same as the Fitness machines. I wished every location is the same, but unfortunately it come down to GREAT Leadership at every location..KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK ...LOVE IT HERE..Sincerely Dara Chan”

“I was a member for many years. We recently moved out of the area, and I have to say how much I miss Adventure!! Such a great environment to work out in! Susan and Mike are top notch, and they take great care of the gym. More equipment than you can imagine! This isn't just a place to work out, it's a community. I've done many of the classes over the years and Dave Mura's 5 am class is the best!! It's a great mix of HIIT, weight training, tabata and fun! Definitely try this gym!!”

“So far, it's only been 2 weeks since I started going to Colfax Strong. I have met Sean, Roman, Esther, and Nick - and they have all been awesome! I was somewhat nervous about trying something new, but it felt right to me -- and I am glad I didn't second-guess myself. It's great gym - close to home, right in the middle of a fantastic community. I wanted to challenge myself to do something new ("if you want something you've never had, you have to try something you've never done" ...), and each time I go to Colfax Strong, II know a little more, and I feel stronger and more confident. On the business side, they have been amazing - reasonably priced with excellent communication. Plus, they are as invested in the fitness journey as I could hope. Feeling pretty great about this decision!”

“I’ve been going to Duality on/off for about two years. After my prior gym never got its regular scheduling back after 2020/21, it took me a long time to find a new workout space I loved. Duality is truly the best. The programming is excellent, the trainers are all fun, encouraging, and make sure everyone is lifting safely, and the facility is well-managed, clean, and inviting. It’s also super fun that the owners opened a coffee shop/cocktail bar next door (Side Pony) which has helped me meet people and is very convenient for after class! This isn’t just another workout- it is carefully created programming that is always a little different so always engaging. I prefer Circuit classes with Katy who has been so welcoming- always saying hi to everyone and engaging regulars and new members in every class. She has been patient with me through an injury and helped me find ways to still get in a great workout!! ResCon is an amazing low impact workout, too. I have always been particular with the types of workouts I do and balance with other forms of exercise, and Duality is something I look forward to every week!! Thank you guys!!”

“I am relatively new to Stretch Lab (less than 10 visits), but during that period I have learned that they are much better than their other like businesses. Through those visits I have found a flexologist that suits my body. She knows my needs and wants and is learning my body. I look forward to working with Katura in the future. I have two more appointments with her before she takes off on paternity leave, but the thing that is best about Stretch Labs is that I do not have to worry about using a different flexologist because they are all great!”

“Great workout! It's nice to find a full-body style workout at a studio that emphasizes form and flow over intensity for the sake of a hard workout. I tried the 'Signature' and really enjoyed the format. With the various forms of classes, I'll definitely be back to try others and can see working this studio into my routine.”

“Hands down the best gym I have ever joined.The talented owners and trainers have cultivated a community of positivity, sharing, and excitement around setting and working on fitness goals.Whatever your 'thing' is, you can find it here, bodybuilding, powerlifting, Crossfit style circuits, or injury rehabilitation and stretching,. They're all available to you via ample racking, flat space, free weights, and machines.If they doubled the price tomorrow I wouldn't bat an eye. (It's not expensive, though!)”

“Best place to train in Denver! 5 stars doesn’t do enough to describe how much love I have for this place. They have an excellent training environment whether you want to compete or just do martial arts for fun/get into amazing shape. I’ve been training with them for 5 years and throughout my time here I’ve always had so much support and guidance. I especially love how there is zero tolerance for ego maniacs that try to go 1000% on their training partners. Try out this gym and I promise you’ll be hooked!”

“Best gym I have ever been apart of. They have absolutely everything that you would need, even a sled and tires that you will never find at any other gym. I am very happy being a member at RMFF, and I plan on staying that way throughout my time in Denver. The only recommendation that I would have would to be to shut off the music, or at least turn the volume down. Everyone already has their own music playing regardless, and sometimes it is even too loud to hear through your own headphones. Just food for thought!”

“For the last several years, I have led a sedentary life and the physical toll is visibly apparent. Along comes Orangetheory. Some days I am sore, tired and I don't want to get up to exercise at 5AM. But I show-up anyhow and I am so glad I do. I leave there an hour later invigorated and thankful that I came. The staff and workout veterans are passionate and welcoming. It's an unofficial accountability that I don't get if I were to just go downstairs in my own home to exercise. It's odd, really, that I own virtually the same equipment yet I am drawn to drive to an organized workout studio that encourages and uplifts the spirit each and every time. I have even modified my diet and sleep cycle to accomodate this new lifestyle that I've been missing out on. “The community that Mountain Strong has been able to cultivate is wonderful. With many conditioning gyms, it sometimes can feel intimidating but not here. The coaches and owners make you feel part of their family. The members are open, friendly, and the best part, encouraging. The environment here allows your training to feel fun, that's the sweet spot in my opinion. Moving to Colorado and now been here for 2 years, 90% of my friends are from here. The gym always has phenomenal clinics to work on all types of things. From breathing, to climbing knots, to getting your rowing form perfect. They're always getting the community together for fun workouts followed by a relaxing BBQ after. I can write on and one but this place is truly magical. I am so grateful for the connections and life long friends that I have made. “I absolutely love this gym. I was away from CrossFit (and frankly most resistance exercise) for a few years and was a bit nervous to find a new gym. Lucky for me Cuspis is in my neighborhood, but I can't imagine a better introduction to CrossFit wherever you live in Denver. IMO if you're the sort of person trying to stay fit or get fitter (or even get fit for the first time in your life!) but are nervous about what you might have read about CrossFit in general, give the free workout a shot. The coaches and the other members are both beginner-friendly and you won't feel like you're walking into a grunting meathead factory like at some other spots. People work hard in class, which is part of what makes the place fun & good for you, but nobody's going to make you feel bad for finishing last or using lighter weights.”

“My first class was a free outdoor holiday workout and the next day signed up for their two week trial. Before it was over, I was looking up class packages options and signed up! When I mentioned that I was coming up on my 6 month anniversary to Natalie, she immediately asked “do you feel stronger?” and that is why I love FitCo. The messaging from all of the instructors is not about “earning next meal” or that you can “treat yourself later.” It is about feeling strong in your body, finding your edge and showing up for yourself and the community that Nat and all of the instructors have cultivated. “StrechLab has been a great addition to my routine. Staying limber is key to balancing athletic/inactive times and avoiding injuries/aches between. CrossFit Arvada’s culture is all about encouraging each other to be our best selves. We’re like a big extended family – everybody is friendly and supportive of each other at all abilities (novice to competitive performance) and all ages (teens to 80’s). And if you have children over five, check out the evening and summer Kids CrossFit camp!The coaches are fantastic! I feel like they really care about us. They make sure we are using the correct techniques and maintaining proper form, while also encouraging us to push ourselves. Also, workouts can be modified so there is no excuse for not showing up – the key is to keep moving!Give yourself the gift of an hour for your own self-care and well-being! I have steadily made improvements in my strength, flexibility, movement, and nutrition thanks to joining CrossFit Arvada.
