“Definitely overpriced but an effort is really made with the ambiance. Seems medium curated for good pieces but there's a used coat prices at $98 by the door that has stitching errors on the pockets and detailing. Paired with the racks of $10 clearance items outside that are entirely made up of viral tiktok shop garments (if you missed that pleather mechanic suit, it's there) it's just not super cohesive so definitely for a picker with a bigger budget if you want items that are cute or quality. Also no accessories available.”
“Gone for Good’s two young men did a great job removing dining room furniture, office furniture, mattress’s, and other items. They were friendly and worked efficiently to load the truck in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Gone for Good as an excellent removal company for a wide variety of jobs.Jim H. “Got so much food for me and my kids. Was fairly quick to. I made an appointment and trust me it’s worth it. You have to make a profile and sign up for a appointment time or you can do walk ins on certain days go to website to find that info but I’m glad I made the appointment instead of walk in. Also went thru the thrift store got some clothes for all of us and we made Easter baskets kids was so happy to get that candy and toys I just let them go crazy when we got home lol we literally didn’t even eat breakfast because we had no food but God made a way thru Joyful Journey food pantry thank you! I’ll be forever grateful. Got allot of pull ups and a pack of wipes as well!”
“Love this place! Everything is well organized. Multiple sales going on at all times, $15 for up to 10 pieces of clothing that fit in a 10X10X5" basket, $12 bag of books, current week sales is 50% off for shoes, and so on.
Volunteers are sweet and helpful. The proceeds go to help poor villagers in three different countries.”

“I love this store, I have been here 3 times and out of those 3 times I have purchased two items. My first time here I purchased a dresser that I could not keep my eyes off. The dresser was $50 out the door which I love. It is of good quality, grey in color, sturdy, and no major markings, dents or dings. My 2nd purchase was today. I bought a glass table which was priced at $28 but because it had a very small chip on the corner, I asked if I could get it for cheaper, the guy let me get it for $20! What a steal! If you're wondering if this place has good deals on 2nd hand furnishings, they truly do and the customer service is always good from checking out to loading up your car. “I am a consigner here. I don't have a lot of my kids clothes and baby things left but I do consign my stuffed toys here (things for older kids more like 3 to 4 years old). They don't pay me enough to keep up with today's society and prices, but they pay me at least more than I can get it 2nd & Charles. If only people bought more from the store and maybe paid the owner more for her product consigners there would be happy to.”

“I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks.”

“I have been shopping at this store for almost 20yrs and I have never encountered a rude employee ever. They are always polite and helpful with smiles. Most of my trips are after my workday and it takes me entering this store to experience great customer service that I don't see at most places. Love the remodeling job by the way”
“This is the biggest Habitat for Humanity on the front range. There are about 8 of them within an hour's drive of CO Springs. I have been collecting porcelain tile to redo the floors in my condo at other Habitats, but there is tons of it (literally) at the Littleton location. It's about a dollar a square foot there. I think the one on Cimmaron St in CO Springs sold me tiles at half that price, but they don't have large quantities of any of them. Still, at a dollar a square foot, it's not expensive to put in new floors and the porcelain tiles look and feel like real stone. They also have lots of furniture, at all the Habitat locations, and you'll get a better deal than at goodwill.”

“Went down to check out some traveling jackets for an upcoming trip. Found parking next to the store. Lots of women's clothing and some men's. Checked out the different racks. There's a section in the back for shoes as well. I picked out some items and tried them on in the dressing room. Glad that they allow try ons. It's hard to see in the mirror but it's something. They had discount colors and I was fortunate enough to have picked out some items on sale. Prices are more expensive at this location. Will I come again? It depends. The prices are not attractive enough to me.”
“Big 5 stars because of Arc employee CURTIS excellent customer service !!! On this saturday the store was slammed and they were short handed so I offered my help to an elderly lady (80's) with a piece of furniture to her car. Of course it wouldn't fit and it was blistering hot outside. The woman was distraught because she felt she had landed the best deal ever on this discounted find- returning it would have been a crushing blow. Curtis came out to assess the situation. We tried several different ways to get this piece into her car. Eventually, Curtis was able to use his drill to take off two pieces and WALAH, the furniture slipped into the car easily. CURTIS was professional - so calm, never gave up, not pushy, and you would have never known the craziness that was going on in the store or the hot weather making him sweat. The elderly woman was so very delighted with CURTIS. He really made her day. Thank you CURTIS for your top notch customer service.”

“Our family loves this thrift store so much better than any thrift store and we live closer to other thrift stores but choose to always go to this thrift store cause of the awesome selection and cause of the employees being so helpful and friendly- they make you feel comfortable and make you want to come back to your specific store. And there’s one specific employee that we love to come see(cashier Maria ) with her awesome personality that our kids love and all the costumes she wears shows how devoted she is to her job how much she loves to be there !!!Whatever you pay her isn't nearly enough cause we think shes priceless!!!!!”

“My daughter and I visited this store for a live thrift event that we do twice a week at different thrift stores. The staff here was absolutely amazing to work with and our customers absolutely loved the choices and how stocked the shelves were!!! Thank you for having us and we cannot wait to visit again soon!!! If I could give more stars I would!!!
UPDATE: Our last visit here had a couple of hiccups, however the manager that was on duty the day that we were there was absolutely on point!! She handled herself professionally, and took very good care of us. We try and stay out of the way while we shop your shelves for upwards of 7 hours. There were only a couple of staff members that get a little feisty during our visit, other than them the other staff there are still absolutely amazing. UPDATE:: We return to this store every couple of weeks, it is one of our favorites to return too!! The shelves are packed with goodies!! The staff is so accommodating, from the cashier's, the floor staff, to the managers! They always have great items to choose from and make sure that the store looks inviting and organized. Easy to navigate with a couple of carts, that is very appreciated ?”
