“Just moved in a couple weeks ago and I have no complaints! Where I lived before was a literal nightmare but since moving here my faith in renting has been restored! The community itself is very well maintained, amazing clean amenities but what's most important to me is the office and maintenance team. They are amazing! They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Lexi assisted me through the move in process and she is phenomenal! She needs a million dollar raise or at least a box full of puppies. LOL 10/10 great place to live!!”

They’ve all been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed something taken care of. It really makes a difference having a team that actually cares about the residents.

The community itself is well maintained and it genuinely feels like home. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with a management team that goes above and beyond!”

Staff is nice and always helpful in my experience. Few hiccups but office usually addresses issues fairly quickly, maintenance is friendly.”

“I moved into these apartments a week ago, the neighborhood is really nice and peaceful so are the apartments there very clean and comfortable especially the service. Angel Barrios the property manager was very kind and professional she did amazing with the walk thru of the process of moving and made it very welcoming. “We lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it!! The bear creek trail and neighborhood is so nice to walk our dog on. We love that we are in such a convenient location to so many things, golf courses, breweries, red rocks, the list goes on and on. The maintenance team is great and always gets to our apartment so fast. Nathan in the leasing office has always been helpful. We truly love the area and will miss our first apartment at CBC!”

“I have lived here since August 2024 and I'll be moving out August 2026. I am a single woman with a cat, and overall this has been a good home for us. Neighbors have been kind and quiet, apart from one guy who never stops whistling at alarming decibels. Neighborhood and building feels safe, never had a package stolen or anyone mess with my car. I absolutely love the large balcony, it's a huge reason why I moved here. I love walking 10 minutes to the light rail. Grant Wolfe has been a solid property manager, and maintenance has been diligent with responding to requests. The building is historic and has lots of charm, but it does have some problems. I have lost track of how many times the water was suddenly shut off, one time was for around 48 hours while maintenance was working to get things fixed. Heat and cooling has been quite rocky as well. The building functions on a two-pipe HVAC system or a changeover system, meaning that in late spring or early fall you are stuck with either heat or the swamp cooler. Last September, the cooling tower went out and wasn't fixed until the spring I believe, but management dropped off AC units if you reached out. Currently, the cooling tower is out again during a heat advisory. This winter, for about 6-8 weeks heating for the building was totally out which was incredibly frustrating because yes, they did drop off large space heaters to everyone, but it ended up doubling my xcel utility bill AND I was still cold. That being said, we were kept up to date on the cause of the repair delay (special part for boiler/boiler replacement and it was difficult to find since it's an old building) and I did see maintenance working hard to fix things. I would say not to move here if you like to keep your home cold in the summer; website advertises it as AC but it is just a swamp cooler, that yes, makes a big difference but probably won't get your unit lower than 72. Laundry room is a bit dingy and has stolen my money a few times, has gotten more expensive too. For utilities, expect to pay $50-200 depending on the season plus xcel.”

“Recently my daughter was put into a bad situation with a dangerous person at no fault of her own. When she reported the situation to the leasing center, Kathy and Destiny sprung into action to not only make sure that my daughter was safe immediately, but also permanently! I was so impressed with the level of care and concern that was shown to her. It's scary being a single young woman living alone, and when someone is threatening that security, a lot of leasing agents would have let her figure out an impossible situation on her own. Kathy and Destiny did not do that! They stepped in to help, provided her with solutions and support! I cannot express in words how grateful I am to both of them for helping in this situation! It makes me feel so much better about my daughter living on her own! Thank you ladies for being wonderful!”

“So right now, my base rent is $1327. I have lived here since April 2018. I understand Covid and inflation. But right now you guys are offering for a one bedroom apartment on the Internet base rent for $1055 to $1150 . And for a two bedroom, you guys are offering a base rent for $1224.00. I live in a one bedroom. Now I love the location and I love where I live, but I’m gonna need some financial relief on my next lease signing because I have lived here for over eight years. I’ve been late twice on my rent, but I’ve made that right so I don’t see why my rent should go up at all. I would appreciate it if it would go down. But other than that, it’s a great community. I love living here and thank you for asking.”

“I had mixed experiences. These are older, larger, well-priced apartments which are NOT perfect. There are lots of amenities but, I know the dog park is really just a poop park. Yuk! There were also minor problems with the leasing group and I didn't know whether I had an apartment until I had been in thae apartment for 48 hours. After handing me the keys, the leasing agent sent an unknown male to get the keys back and tell me I had to go back to the office for more paperwork problems... I think this is, overall, a good place to live. Ask me again in six months.”
