“Dita was exceptionally helpful for me during my move in process. She ensured that my maintenance requests were promptly attended to after moving in as well as assisting me with the leasing process. I was only able to get the apartment I wanted because she was kind enough to contact me about a special the day after I had inquired with another agent in the office. She definitely goes above and beyond.

The apartments are quiet and modestly updated.
My only complaint is on the cleaning crew for needing to do a better job for move outs.”

“Berkshire Aspen Grove has been my favorite place I’ve lived so far in Colorado! The access to trails and the mountain views make this place feel like a true a Colorado home. The maintenance team is awesome!! Fernando on the team is always a massive help and gets things fixed quickly. I highly recommend living here!”

“The office staff at Mountain Gate are very professional, friendly, and kind. Latasha will go out of her way to help with any concerns and made my move out experience smooth and easy! The maintenance staff do a great job keeping the grounds clean and we’re responsive to any issue that I had which was one plumbing problem and it was fixed immediately. My 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and utilities were not expensive. I always felt safe as well.
I would recommend Mountain Gate if you are looking for a less expensive but clean and safe complex.”

“I lived at Dakota from May 2025-June 2026. I loved the location and would have loved to resign a lease if my work wasn't in Aurora. This apartment complex has some really nice amenities, the staff is amazing and take care of concerns promptly. I only have great things to say about the maintence staff as well. The only reason I'm giving this review a 5 star instead of 4 stars is because of Vanessa Berumen. She's fantastic, so friendly, and I knew I could depend on her! There's so much to love about the Dakota Ridge Apartments but there are some bumps that I will list below so people considering these apartments get full clarity.

• they have two dumpsters and the one farthest from the clubhouse kept breaking down the last few months I lived there. People also dump large furniture peices which can be a pro if you like dumpster diving for furniture.
• the irrigation system runs even if there is days and days of rain. Summer 2025 was so rainy there would be mud puddles all over the area
• the gym is always set to really warm temperaturs like 75 or above!
• when there was parking lot repaving/painting done the apartment complex only sent a couple emails to let us know to move our cars or they would be towed. I completely forgot about it by the time my parking area was getting done and had to pay a $100 towing fee. The emails had where work was being performed in a pdf attachment to the email not actually listed in the email itself.
• they will charge you a move out fee for not giving them 60 days notice despite me reaching out via email well in advance. They require it by mail.”

“Summit Riverside Apts from the management leasing maintenance are super great and are very easy with communication I enjoy living here been here five months me and my kids love it, super excited to see what the new management group is going to do. Access to the Platte River walkway and bike path is super cool you can fish nearby highly recommend if you like getting out and about and still have the access from your house to trail simply by a trail and enjoy the suburban setting.🤙🏼”

It’s easy to picture yourself living at HiLine Littleton when you see the multiple apartment layouts & floor plans they have to offer; it goes to show you just how community oriented HiLine Littleton is! The high ceilings, beautiful windows, & massive kitchens made it so easy for me to picture myself living here. But the excitement doesn’t stop indoors- there’s amazing things outside at HiLine Littleton too! The plentiful parking spots, beautiful landscaping, & the dreamy pool are destine to have you feeling so much joy. Take it from me- there’s nothing better than chilling at the pool & seeing those beautiful mountains! What makes HiLine Littleton not only a great place to live, but a great place to KEEP staying at, is the incredible staff. From my first tour years ago, to present-day emails from me reaching out for help, HiLine Littleton’s team is there for YOU! As a resident myself, I feel so appreciated & valued by the HiLine Littleton team. They are always willing & wanting to be part of your amazing living experience. The HiLine Littleton team goes above & beyond in making every resident feel special; truly, they even go above & beyond at having treats for your fluffy friends when you stop in to say “hello”! “I’ve lived at Prosper Place for almost a year now – four stars only because upon first moving in, my place had some trouble with water damage. It was quickly taken care of, thankfully! Anytime I’ve needed something, the maintenance team has been incredible!! A special shout out to Xavier who quickly fixed an issue I had, and was extremely kind/helpful! Additionally, Edwin and Emily have been fabulous and so accommodating!”

“I happened to be late for my move-in and David the leasing manager went above and beyond. Staying PAST CLOSE to help me and make sure I could move in. Even making sure I could get into my new apartment. The apartment itself was clean on move-in and left in good condition. The community is nice and homey. We love the dog park and so far really enjoy the apartment.However, the real star of the show is the staff! Thank you so much David for going above and beyond dutring leasing and our move-in from out of state!”
