Scott was extremely helpful with my inquiry and I set up a tour soon after. The property and apartments are beautiful and everything looks so well managed. “The rents for the sqft and perks are reasonable (in my opinion, and compared to the Denver market). Even though the units aren't as new as a lot of properties in Denver, they are in great condition. Office staff are competent, accessible, and reasonable. Despite other reviews, I never had a problem with parking. I assume this location won't work for everyone, but it's actually very convenient and I love all the green. If this location works for you, you will not regret leasing here!”

“Five Star Comment! Let me tell you why.Berkshire Aspen Grove has been so excellent for me. I’ve been a resident for almost 2yrs and truly not one complaint from my side during my stay. The management and maintenance team are some awesome folks!In terms of the commodities the complex offers are great! You really have all you need in this apartment complex.As for the units! All I can say is I loved my unit! Look to give you so context: having a king size bed is somewhat difficult to move into most spaces especially apartments. My king size bed fit perfectly also the icing on top of the cake ‘Moving it in and out was simple!’Space was no issue!Now the #1 thing that I truly enjoyed about Aspen Grove was the fact that they have same management company owning this property for years. This alone is very uncommon also makes business run a lot smoother.If you’re looking for a place to live in Littleton Colorado make sure to check out Berkshire Aspen Grove.”

“There is a reason you see so many negative reviews - Greystar.The reason for my positive review is because the staff really makes up for it with their prompt responses (Brayan from Green River), kindness and professionalism (Portia from Green River), expertise (maintainence - they are superb in both green river and blue ridge), and awesomeness (staff at the front gate and gym). I think Jeff is his name who welcomes residents home at the gate and it brings a smile to my face. They go above and beyond and work with you, literally bringing a contractor in so I can get a second opinion on something I had doubts on. I hope Greystar treats them well.”

“Moved in recently beautiful complex with lots of grassy areas and very nice stone countertops newly renovated. Move in was less than ideal, but we were eventually accommodated by the property manager. She made sure things got done right. The pool is really nice during the day, however the hot tub is anything but Hot so we never use it if they made it hot like it's suppose to be, I would give 5 stars.”
“My partner and I just moved into 5151 and love it. Emily made the moving process so much easier than I’d expect. We got a fantastic deal and she kept us in the loop. There’s awesome amenities especially if you have dogs. The apartments are a perfect size and there’s plenty of storage. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is awesome compared to living in Denver. Downtown Littleton is just down the road and it’s super cute with local shops/pubs/dining. Also 2 min away from Santa Fe which makes the commute quick and easy. We can’t wait for the summer so we can use the pool (which is heated all year round)!Emily was super awesome and honestly the reason why we chose 5151. The tour was super informative and she’s incredibly personable. Emily is also extremely responsive which gives me relief in case an issue ever pops up.My partner and I are a lesbian couple and feel safe and included here which is huge.Anyway, totally recommend this to be your home.
