“Dita was exceptionally helpful for me during my move in process. She ensured that my maintenance requests were promptly attended to after moving in as well as assisting me with the leasing process. I was only able to get the apartment I wanted because she was kind enough to contact me about a special the day after I had inquired with another agent in the office. She definitely goes above and beyond.

The apartments are quiet and modestly updated.
My only complaint is on the cleaning crew for needing to do a better job for move outs.”

“The office staff at Mountain Gate are very professional, friendly, and kind. Latasha will go out of her way to help with any concerns and made my move out experience smooth and easy! The maintenance staff do a great job keeping the grounds clean and we’re responsive to any issue that I had which was one plumbing problem and it was fixed immediately. My 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and utilities were not expensive. I always felt safe as well.
I would recommend Mountain Gate if you are looking for a less expensive but clean and safe complex.”

The management is responsive, handling maintenance promptly. Lisa the property manager is a delight to work with and has had our best interest in mind from the first time we met. The friendly staff is always ready to assist.

“Summit Riverside Apts from the management leasing maintenance are super great and are very easy with communication I enjoy living here been here five months me and my kids love it, super excited to see what the new management group is going to do. Access to the Platte River walkway and bike path is super cool you can fish nearby highly recommend if you like getting out and about and still have the access from your house to trail simply by a trail and enjoy the suburban setting.🤙🏼”

“Had some issues to start but they are being addressed now. It all came down to some miscommunications. They do their best for being very short staffed other than a couple maintenance misshapes the remodeled apartments are nice and spacious with a hint of luxury.”

“I can’t explain how wonderful the staff is in this place. I have been searching for a new place for me and my family to move in. I’ve had many negative experiences with other communities around. I have decided to give a call to the office and find out more about the place all of my questions were immediately answered, the staff and maintenance staff are very kind and nice. I’m in love with the community, after having a bad experience with my previous place, I’m very sure this is the place for us. Speaking of the development the place is huge, there is so much to do out there, it’s a very familiar environment and seems very safe for kids since the place is fenced. It feels like a park with very nice walking paths, you see people around and they are very friendly. David and Tamara made sure I was very comfortable and they kindly answered all of my questions they also showed me the model apartment and how the furniture fit in, so I could have an idea. From everything I saw so for the outstanding costumer service made my day! My friend was so happy from our visit and joyful. This is definitely my home!”
