Many negative experiences are reported from under previous management, including complaints that management did not listen, office turnover was high, and communication was inconsistent. Residents reported being double-charged for fees like insurance and trash, with trash fees cited as notably high. Maintenance was often slow, and broken amenities and a general decline in the property's condition were common criticisms. However, a significant positive shift is noted with the arrival of new Greystar management. Multiple reviews state that the new office staff is friendly, professional, and answers the phone consistently. Maintenance is now described as kind, fast, and diligent, with requests being handled quickly. Love living here, the office staff is friendly even with the recent change in companies and maintenance is kind and fast. Mikey even helped me carry a heavy package upstairs when I was struggling!
