I have tried to work with them through the death of my family and they have been rude, incompetent, couldn't open the accounts when I went out of my way to get to their branches and when I got there they didn't know what they were doing and sent me home .. then the manager talked to me like I was an idiot .. full fail

2 stars only because the 1 star rating is full. The worst Customer service of any of the Bellco Locations. Poorly trained tellers and sub par management, other branches do not have the same issues. It is worth the trip to another branch to feel like a valued member.

Positives:- many associates, so there wasn’t a wait- everyone seemed nice- it’s clean and welcomingNegatives:- could not get me an account verification statement (aka immigration letter) which is usually easy to get at other banks- an associate told me to reach out to customer service (which I previously did and they said I could get this form at a local branch). So I’m back to square one having to wait for the form to be emailed to me.

This review is for Bellco and its branch as well.I would not recommend doing business at this credit union. They behave worse than the big banks and the customer service is absent. I was a member in good standing for 3 years .

I am sorry to see so many bad reviews, but we just signed up with them, with just simple savings, cd's etc and we were totally amazed that they had plenty of employees to handle the customers. Our rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and another solved quickly for us a small glitch in signing up. Maybe the older bad reviews have caused a great improvement in service and solving problems?

I regret opening an account and getting my home loan through Bellco Credit Union when they are sending me to other credit unions, that I'm not a member of, to get better customer service with shared branches.

Went to drive up to deposit check - a simple transaction, right? Teller took check, then returned and asked my birth date. Returned again to say she couldn't do transaction. Had to go in, only 1 teller who was involved with customer opening account. After long wait, finally got check deposited. Poor customer service.

I was attempting to open up a new checking account. Apparently my jogging suit does not match their approval method. I could not sit down at a desk with a banker. I was trying to get assistance. The person behind the counter was not efficient enough to assist me. I will never know how your banking rates go! I am incredibly disappointed by your actions of the employees

Branch is ok, I like the staff, but for those of us that bank online and use Apps, this is THE WORST mobile banking app on God's green earth....only takes 42 attempts to deposit one $850 check. Their excuse? Oh we're working on it, sorry for the continued problems....stay clear!!!!!!

Poor customer service, pick another branch. They made me feel like a nuisance! Extremely disappointed. I have been a member for many years and rarely have to go into a branch. When I have, the service has been great. I have to give credit to the Edgewater branch for that!My husband and I show up just before closing last Saturday morning. We waited in the teller line and ask if we can get help to merge our accounts. The teller went to ask someone who appeared to be a manager. Understandably, she said there would not be enough time to help us. I had a few follow up questions to make sure I understood the steps and our options. She appeared bothered and could care less. Her answers were short instead of elaborating to help us understand the best way to proceed. I asked how much time we should allow when we returned the following week. She advised us of coming at least 30 minutes early.Forward to a week later, we show up 2 hours before closing. We wait in line again for a teller. We ask if we can get help with account merging. Her first question is to ask if we made an appointment. We did not, and she continues to say they are quite busy and will not have time to help us. She suggested that we try another branch.The branch appeared busy, I get it. I credit myself with common sense. However, I would expect you to be the expert in the situation. So help me navigate your processes.
