Two stars is generous. If you're a walk-in customer its two star. The bad part begins with their on-line services. For example; its available 9-5 M-F. How's that for service. It goes downhill when you try to talk to someone.

I do not recommend. Customer experience just gets worse and worse. I've had such poor experiences over the past few years. I highly recommend banking somewhere else.
