Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. Our main sales rep, Nick Phillips is as good as they come. Very attentive and incredibly fast. One call into Nick and I have everything I asked for (other than high lead-time items like custom flashing/drip-edge of course) by next day, and sometimes same day depending on how early I call. This is crucial on the fast-paced, large-scale, multifamily projects. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

The front desk sold me the wrong product and Pat caught it before it was loaded on my truck. He explained the difference and then helped me to get my refund. This guy (Pat) was such a pleasure to work with on my project. True Lumber Yards are disappearing from communities and the sales going to big box stores. “Went in two days in a row to buy retaining wall blocks and caps. Quick friendly service at the front counter, good price, didn't have to buy whole pallets like I did at another place, loading was pretty fast. It's the only place in Denver metro that stocks Versa-Lok retaining wall blocks, next closest place is up in Loveland. If I ever need bricks and blocks again this is where I'm going.”
