“Your employee that was working at the colorado mills store on July 22nd around 145 pm is AWFUL! We felt like we were interrupting her phone time, as she was more interested in her phone then providing any customer service. She didn't even look up when we walked in the store, was very short with us when ringing us up, and immediately went back to her phone as soon as we were done. I know its hard to find employees, but this type of behavior should never be acceptable in customer service jobs. She was also wearing a knit bunny hat which is very unprofessional.”
“Came by with my dog after eying this spot for a while. Pleased with the attentive service and hospitality of the staff. Got a fancy latte and a pastry to enjoy on the west facing patio area with my pooch. Dogs can’t be inside since they have a full kitchen but they’ve got a walk up window that streamlines the whole process! We’ll certainly be returning.”
