Car Rental in Lakewood, CO

“I had a rough experience with Avis of recent, but they were able to turn it around. I didn't catch the gentleman's name at the location, but the story goes: I booked a reservation for 6PM pick up one night for a length of a few days. I called and got the call center and they told me that unfortunately the location is closed, and I was told that I could simply pick the car up tomorrow. I go in the next day first thing, and the gentleman told me that he had no cars, and the reservation was cancelled since I didn't pick it up for the reserved time. I explained that I couldn't since you all were closed, and I had called to confirm that I could pick it up today. He said that he was there until 6:35PM so pick up was possible; however, I couldn't know that since the call center answered the call and informed me next day pick up was fine. This. I was nevertheless frustrated. However, he turned it around by getting me a car quickly and all while doing so during a busy morning and he was the only worker. I respect his efforts and earnestness to help, so I'd say a 5/5 for overcoming a challenge. Thank you again!”

Enterprise redeemed a previously horrible experience with a competitor just down the road and helped make our visit in Lakewood a success. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Omar went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He offered us an upgrade to a Lincoln Navigator for just a few extra dollars, and it was absolutely worth it. It was hands down the nicest rental vehicle I’ve ever driven, and it made our trip even better.
