“I adopted Amelia (formerly Salem) from Cat Care Society, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Shortly after bringing her home, I ran into a few unexpected health issues. As a first-time cat mom, I was honestly scared and overwhelmed by the findings and how sick she was. But CCS immediately followed up with me and walked me through every bump in the road with so much care and support. I never felt alone in it. CCS truly cares about their cats before and after adoption.
I am endlessly grateful to this shelter for connecting me with my soul kitty. Amelia has brought so much joy and face “boops” into my life. If you’re considering adopting, I highly recommend visiting CCS — they truly care about both their cats and their adopters!”

“I've been volunteering here for almost 10 years, it really provides a lot for people that can't provide for themselves at the moment. Walk in and can get food on the spot if your hungry.”
“Welcome to miracles, because that’s DSDs specialty! We have been in the program for about six months and it has been nothing short of life changing for my ASD kiddo. I will forever be grateful to Barbara, Randy and the entire DSD team for what they have done for us.”
“Great place! Clean and friendly! Staff do an amazing job with the camps. Large groups can be challenging and they do amazing at keeping all the athletes engaged. We are at the Nuggets academy for a 2nd time and it has been really good!”

“Ever since the case management redesign, DDRC has made a noticeable effort to strengthen their services and support. As a contractor, I’ve found them to be consistently communicative, punctual, and helpful throughout the transition process.
Charlie, the Provider Success Specialist, has been especially great to work with—always providing exceptional customer service and clear guidance. Katie, the Residential Program Manager, is equally fantastic. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly collaborative, making every interaction smooth and productive.
If you’re in the Denver Metro area and looking for IDD services or reliable information, I highly recommend DDRC.”
“We had to move my Grandma to an assisted living facility which was hard enough as you can imagine. So I wanted to help my family with cleaning out her apartment. She had really beautiful pieces and we all took what we could but there was still so much left. We didn’t have a lot of money for movers and we wanted her nice things to go to a good place. I did some research and found American Samaritan. What a blessing! I worked with Tasha and sent her pictures of the furniture and she helped me through the whole process with scheduling. It was very easy and she was very helpful and communicative. On the day of the pick up, our drivers Roy and Marco contacted us and arrived on time. They were very professional and nice guys and they moved quickly and handled everything with care. Overall, this was a very great experience and I would highly suggest using American Samaritan for your donation needs. Fortunately, we were within the pick up area and so there was no fee. There is a small fee if you’re outside of their pick up area, but it pails and comparison too movers fees. I can’t wait to go to their shop and look around. I had no idea they were in business but will use them anytime I need going forward.”
