“Derek Nagy - this poor man has had the misfortune of having built his clientele with farmer's insurance. I watched this fearless advocate push uphill on several occasions. While we feel we got hugely screwed, it was nothing Derek Nagy did or didn't do, he really was professional and the claims department doesn't want or need his opinion. He did indeed advocate for us until the bitter end. We have had famers for 20 years, never filed a claim, until now. It's been an awful experience. We need a new roof and we're told no, upon reconsideration, we were told no even louder.”

“I'm writing about this false and fake review by the Aissa person. I've had exactly 4 calls from my Craiglist ad, and not one of these people that called was a woman and never was I disrespectful to the other real 4 male callers, who by the way all had bad experiences from their insurance company on their auto claims. I gave them all advice on what they could do for free, but told them I couldn't help them further or refer them to a public adjuster because Public Adjusters don't handle auto claims, just property home claims. One guy seemed frustrated because his car was valued at only 11-12 thousand dollars and his claim was too small to take or work a claim that small which he wanted me to do, he might be the other nasty and false review (Guttierez) on here from the Craiglist calls where I always offer free advice over the phone. I never spoke to Aissa, I'd remember, because my daughter's name is Anaisa, a similar name. These are trolls who troll Craiglist because they have nothing else better to do, have poor lives and want to pass on their constant negativity to others, they are trolls. The most important thing though is, I never worked for these trolls, never show my many many skills to these people and their complaint was not helpful to other here to evaluate what I do for people on their insurance claims (which by the way I almost always triple my clients insurance claim dollars), nor do they help people to know that i never lose against an insurance company in more than 15 years. And, their negative reviews really sound like unreasonable people who want to be part of cancel culture which is never accurate and never describes the full contexts of the situation like the guy who seemed frustrated when I said I couldn't take his claim at the end of the call, for multiple reasons. I don't do auto claims and the claim was very small.”
